not real good service took a long time to get waited on and then trouble activating and then wouldn't transfer information from old phone to new one like they did last time 2 months ago or so. good phone happy with product service not real good that day

"Free" replacement for iPhone 6 through Verizon. Seems to be more responsive than iPhone 6 (faster?). The new Home button takes some getting used to (a couple days), it takes a quick press/release to unlock without activating Siri. Have had no problems with iPhone 7 and iOS 10. 3D touch is interesting but I rarely use.

There are a lot of functions on the iphone 7 that are easy to use and straightforward or that you can easily be walked through on how to do something by apple customer service. my mother loves this phone and finds it to be both helpful as an electronic planner as well as for it's intended purpose as a communication device.
