My iPhone 5 had a key that was sticking and I needed to upgrade it. I was attracted by the $300 exchange offer. The phone was working well enough when I sent it out for redemption but they claimed the phone did not work and only gave me $8 instead of the $300 offer. I would have kept my old phone if I had known ahead of time that it was worth so little in exchange. While the new phone works well enough, it does take a little getting used to and requires a 6 digit passcode instead of the 4 I had become accustomed too. I do like the new rose color.

When replacing my husbands phone we came across a few issues but in the end I️ received amazing help and was able to purchase the phone.

Great phone. Expect nothing less from Apple to provide an easy to use reliable phone. Camera could be better as the MPs are not very high.

It is been a few years since I have owned a brand-new iPhone. I had very good luck with my 5s therefore I haven't needed to upgrade. I upgraded because of losing battery life and my old phone. This phone is quite a bit faster and it's voice recognition is much better. I don't like the limited features that Siri has because I have not found the ability to say " hey Siri, text John Doe what are we doing tonight ". This feature seems as if it was removed from the software. Overall it is a great phone and I hope this one is as durable as my last.

Not much difference from the iPhone6 but it just feels like it handles better. A good choice if you’re not ready to pay up for the 8-X.
