I normally pass down my old phone to mom. She was using a 4s that had seen better days. I got her a new one rather than passing down an old phone. She really loves it because it is so much faster than her old one. She likes everything pink, so she loves the color. She really loves her upgrade!

Within the first week of owning the NEW iPhone, I had hardware issues - with the screen and voice microphone. The screen turned completely white: I could not do anything to fix it until I looked up a solution online which explained it was probably due to a hardware issue. When I call people, they have a hard time hearing me as if I'm standing across the room and trying to talk on the phone with them. Otherwise, good phone!

I love the size of my new iphone 7. The keypad is a good size and the phone takes great pictures!

Coming off a broken phone with a bad battery the upgrade was needed and works just as expected.

Love the Live Photo option and that it is designed to be waterproof. Haven’t tested that out.

In my opinion, the 7 is the better value over both the 8 and X. Can't beat it for the price.

Switching from a flip phone was easy, mainly because my husband had used an iPad for a while.

Bought this for my son to replace his iPhone 5C. Easy to transfer data vis iTunes or iCloud.

I have been very happy with this phone. No issues at all. The sales staff was also great. This is the first time I have purchased at a location other than the cell store. I will be back and will continue to buy Apple products as long as they are as good as this. Battery life is fantastic.

My daughter was not ready for an iPhone 8 and this is perfect for what she was looking for!

Bought the phone for my husband as a gift. He likes the features and upgrades compared to his old phone. He went to the Verizon at Best Buy to have it turned on. We always go to Best Buy for our Verizon services. Better customer service than the stand-alone Verizon stores

Bought 2x iPhone 7 on July 4th weekend. Got $200 off each at Best Buy that would never get at Verizon. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and no wait. Have experts on all major carriers, no reason to go to Verizon store. From now on I'll always go to Best Buy for new phones.

This phone is great. Has so many outstanding features that I still am learning about. I received a great trade-in price for my iPhone 5s, so by the time the sale was finished I paid $228. Including case and the ZAGG invisible Glass shield. I recommend that shield. You won't regret it!
