Pretty easy to learn and use for a first time smart phone user. Good size to still put in pocket. Fun features. Nice camera but reviews show it needs updated. Zoom would be nice on pics & video. Keypad option to switch to android type keyboard would be nice. Love all the fun emojis. I hope it has a long, smooth operating lifespan but CR rated it high. BB staff vet helpful & patient. Pricey unless you can get a special offer.

The Apple IPhone 7 provides easy to use features and syncs nicely with my new 2017 Escape.

I've been a techie my whole life and so I definitely have experience in the smartphone department. For over 6 years I was staunchly team Android but I felt like shaking things up this year and got a 5S for a few months before buying the 7 a few days ago. All things considered, this phone is excellent. The battery life is truly remarkable. I get up around 9 or so and it can last till midnight with moderate to heavy use, and that's with Bluetooth on and multiple resource-heavy apps running. The camera is spectacular, wow! The clarity and definition is noticeable forsure. The new home button feels great, and the speed and fluidity of this phone never lets you down. It just feels so powerful and well-composed in all that it does, which is what really defines an iPhone in general. The lack of an aux is a bummer and I haven't tried testing the water resistance but all things considered I love the iPhone 7 and you wouldn't regret buying one if you were looking into doing so.

Since this is my first smart phone, I can’t compare it to other versions. However, for the last year it has been a very good phone, and I am constantly amazed at the variety of ways in which I can use it. iPhones are so much more than just a phone.

I bought this phone for my wife. She has had a number of iPhones but never a new one. Always a hand-me-down from one of the grandchildren. She likes the phone very much. The battery last much longer than on her old phone.The reception is also much better on the Verizon network.

Although the iPhone 7 is larger than my previous iPhone 5, it is still comfortable without feeling bulky. The larger screen is beautiful, easier to read (for these eyes!) and to operate. It is Apple, so it is ergonomic, and fairly easy to master, although since it is Apple it includes the apps and organizes them the way that they want. Still, the quality of the phone & its features have been generally quite good.

Love this phone. Love the color. You must buy a tempered glass protector for the screen.

My husband needed a new phone since he broke his iPhone 5 and he didn’t need something huge and brand new so we decided to get him the 7. He loves it! He likes the size and the upgrade from the 5. Would recommend if you can’t afford the newest phones.

I was looking for a new iPhone after accidentally throwing my iPhone 6s in washing machine. I was going to get the same phone, but actually found this newer model for less. So far I love it! The rose gold is beautiful and there are many upgrades from the 6s.

This is been my favorite iPhone so far! The battery seems to last for a long long time!

This is the second iphone I have ever owned and I have to admit that ios is pretty straight forward and easy to use. If you want a phone that doesn't have a huge learning curve I would say the iphone 7 is a good stepping stone for you. The only thing that frustrates me is the use of the lightning cable for earbuds instead of a separate audio jack.

Love this iPhone. Best Buy has the best deals when it comes to purchasing cell phones.
