I upgrade my iPhone every year or two but this is the first time I purchased one at Best Buy. The Verizon rep made it a very easy process. Much quicker than purchasing fro Apple Orr Verizon.

This was an easy transition for my wife to go from the iphone 6 to 7. Similar size and feathers. With the trade in of the old iphone to best buy the new phone only ran us about $30.00. Cant beat the deal.

I can't believe how great this phone is. I've been using that other smartphone made by Google for a while. Wish I had switchted to iPhones much earlier. This new iPhone 7 runs fast and looks beautiful!

Upgraded from iphone4 to iphone7 and absolutely love it. I would recommend to a friend. I would also like to thank our salesmen for all his help. He was very helpful and full of knowledge on the phones.

I purchased the iPhone 7 for my wife and daughter, and so far they love it!! This is an upgrade from the iPhone 6. More storage and better home button. I really love Apple products.

This was a change from a android phone. Since my wife and I have all Apple products it was time for a change.

I am slow to change and with this new I phone I have seen better download times and the screen and camera are a huge difference from the last I phone I had ( 5.) Great product and not to big.

Was a good beginning for trying out the iPhone. Needs more data. Camera works great. Speaker is sometimes cracking sounds

Yeah the missing head phone jack is a bummer - really for me it's only bothersome in the car while traveling because I can't listen to music over the speakers and charge it at the same time. Oh well!

Excellent phone from Apple. First time they have designed a water proof phone. Only drawback which I see is the removal of 3.5mm audio jack. You need a connector always to use the earphone or headset.

Great purchase! The iPhone 7 is so cute. I was so hesistant on buying it because I have always had an android but I love it and I've learned how to work an apple phone. Never going back to android!

Love my new phone. Took my old phone dying to trade but do glad I did. Live picture feature is awesome!!

Bought this for a family member and so far so good. It works great and is pretty simple to use if you've ever had any other ios device or if you completely new. Looks great and operates great too.

I got this phone as a christmas gift for my little sister and she cannot be happier! I got it on sales for $0.01, yup thats right for one penny with a 2 year contract, can't get better than that.

I am pleased with the size of iPhone7. I didn't want anything much larger than my old iPhone so this is just right. I'm not high techie techie so it does more than I use but I am happy.

Upgraded from an iPhone 6S and the extra storage and speed really made a difference. I don’t have to constantly monitor my space or clear the cache like I had to do before.

My second iPhone. Switched from android and will never go back. So much easier to use. Love the combining of the charging port and headset port. Came with headset and adapter for old headsets.

First i phone and what a great phone.awesome pictures,clear voice and reception.Took a bit of time to get use to but well worth it.Told my girlfriend about it and she got her one also a 7 plus.

I liked all of the new features as usual with Apple. 3D touch is very useful for quick access. Pictures were very crisp. Clocks night mode is cool looking. I love that it is waterproof. One thing which i am not happy about it is, call drops the letters while talking, and some times it disconnects the call.

I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7 and all I have to say is "WOW!" Another great Apple product. I have been extremely pleased with all the new features and capabilities of this phone.
