This is my third iPhone and it is the best and most versatile phone of the three. Photos are great and the increased memory is welcome.

I usually get my kids used iPhones, but this time I took my actual upgrade to get the newest iPhone before them (previously I had the iPhone 5c). The picture quality is amazing, sharp and clear. For the onboard speakers, I use iTunes all the time and can actually hear the music very clearly, which was not always the case from the 5c. Unfortunately, you cannot charge your phone and use car AUX input at the same time because they removed the audio jack, but that was not a deal breaker when getting the new phone.

not much more money but a lot more features than replacing the 6 plus that got drowned in the toilet after we took insurance off...

Great basic iphone could use more hard drive space though

I was undecided about going with a droid or the iphone-finally made this decision and I am very pleased with the ease of use!

Great camera-terrific upgrade from 5S. Best Buy stands by their products and services. Wouldn’t have purchased anywhere else.

It is so high-tech yet user friendly! I love the finger-print ID for ultra protection!! Camera is amazing! Size feels great in my hand!!

My wife loves the new iPhone especially the extra space. She thought the new lightening plug would be a mess but it's worked out great

My mom wanted the rose gold/pink iPhone. I purchased this when the iPhone X was the premium phone. I wanted her to have that, but it didn’t come in the color she wanted. She upgraded from an iPhone 6 which wouldn’t keep a charge. She likes her phone...so I’ll recommend it! Plus, we don’t live near each other and the store helped her pick up the phone when I did ship to store for her to pick it up. The store oversold her on stuff she didn’t need, but the phone is good.

Great phone works like a charm...battery life is great and I couldn't be more pumped to get my BBY points faster than ever before!

My son upgraded to this phone after accidentally jumping into the pool with it in his pocket. I realize this is an old phone compared to the new ones but this is fine for a high school kid.
