I bought my new iPhone 7 from Best Buy Eden Prairie and am pleased with the cosmetics and performance

My Daughter had the I phone 6 Plus now she has the Standard size and likes it much better. PERFECT SIZE

I love my new IPhone 7. I upgraded from a 5s so it took me awhile to get used to the bigger phone because I have small hands. The only problem I am having is with Best Buy customer service in the store because the trade in amount the trade in amont I got from Verizon is less than the amount Best Buy told me I would get. I've been struggling with the staff at Best Buy now for almost two months to get this resolved. Getting very annoyed with them.

Ok for me i am finally upgrading from an Iphone 4s after 4 years, the battery was starting to go, so first off apples phones are built to last. I love the phone im blown away with how fast and responsive the phone is, now that could just be my own personal experience, since im jumping 3 generations, the phone is beautiful and is everything you could want, now im not sure how much of a jump this is from the 6 so you may want to do some more research

No qualms here. A solid, well performing phone as expected- excited for the 8's physical redesign though.

upgraded from the 6 which was slower than mollassas, this is great and has not let me down

Got this phone for my daughter. I had a 7 and upgraded to the 8. The 7 performs great

I decided to upgrade my I Phone 5. This phone has so many more features and the processor is much faster

So I bought this thinking I was getting a steal by buying it when it was on sale for $99.00 rather than buying it at full price or buying it with installment payments like everyone wants us to do now. I did get a better deal than buying it either of those 2 ways, but it wasn't as good as I though it was. My monthly access fee jumped to $40 a month vs. the $20 a month I used to pay, it's how they make up the money of you not paying full price or paying the installment payments. Doing the math I'm saving a few bucks a month, but not nearly as much as I originally thought I was saving. Still a great product that I'm very happy to own after moving up from my 4S.

The ordering and pickup of the phone was fine. The activation resulted in a problem. The phone included a sheet with activation instructions. The instructions were followed to the letter, but the phone would not activate. Verizon had to be called to activate the phone. The problem stemmed from Best Buy post dating the activation date, days later from the actual pickup. That information should have been included in the activation instructions. This would have prevented the unnecessary frustration I experienced. Future online purchasers should verify the actual start date of the phone when they pick it up.

The phone is quite good for the purposes that I got it for. Shawn and nimble, for right in it my pocket
