Great Smartphone

The phone included a sheet with activation instructions. The instructions were followed to the letter, but the phone would not activate. Verizon had to be called to activate the phone. The problem stemmed from Best Buy post dating the activation date, days later from the actual pickup. That information should have been included in the activation instructions. This would have prevented the unnecessary frustration I experienced. Future online purchasers should verify the actual start date of the phone when they pick it up.
