Great phone. My daughter loves it. Very user frienfly and ideal phone for a teenager.

The product itself, the iPhone 7, is excellent but the technical support provided by the Best Buy employee was deplorable and that is why I selected an overall rating of Average. I specifically made this purchase at the store rather than online in order to receive assistance in moving over my apps, pictures, videos, contacts, etc. I made a backup of my old iPhone information in iCloud and expected the salesperson to assist me in restoring this information. However, I was told, after I purchased the phone, that the internet connection in the store was down and that I would have to perform the restore function at home, and at that point it was too late to cancel the purchase because he had already deactivated my old phone. How lame is that? The biggest electronic retailer in the area did not have adequate internet access? When he told me that, I thought he was pulling my leg. I will never buy another phone at this retailer nor do I recommend that anyone else do so. I should have just gone to an Apple Store.

Switched from android and very happy now. Plentiful of storage and can sync all devices now.

The camera on this phone is simply amazing and much more user friendly vs the Samsung phones

I chose the iPhone 7 because there are just minor differences from the 8 and the X. Wasn’t worth the price, plus I got a good deal on the 7 so made it worth it

I needed an upgrade for my iPhone 5. I like the camera improvements but am not happy with the earbud issue. I would prefer a separate jack asnopposed to The power jack.
