I upgraded from the iPhone SE (and am a student so don't have the budget for the newest edition). This phone is great, has double the space of my previous phone (which was a big need for me). The only thing that I've noticed so far is that the battery life is not the greatest even when I take energy efficient measures, but will usually last through the bulk of my day while I'm not home, getting down to 20% if I've fully charged it the night before.

It hasn't been a week since I purchased the phone and various defects started to occur. I'd like to enforce that THIS IS NOT BEST BUY'S FAULT. I felt giving the PRODUCT 3/5 was appropriate as I did enjoy the phone for the days that it did work. The high quality camera, the responsive feel of the screen and the high quality buttons. Not to mention, the tight fitting lighting cable for the iPhone. Those were all great! I am NOT satisfied with the defective phone's behavior to cease proper camera function, to have poor Bluetooth connections often on a daily basis. And we all know since the iPhone 7 doesn't have the 3.5 mm jack anymore, this is a huge deal. Again, this is not the fault of bestbuy; the retailer. The phone is great, if you're okay with not having the 3.5mm port and are a fan of iPhones then go for it! I rated the phone 3/5 based off my experience with the phone, not with the quality of the product. The quality's great.

This purchase was made due to an aging IPhone 5. I could've upgraded to a 6 and saved money but I went the more obvious route and got the 7. When buying this, I did call around and the black IPhones were slightly rare. They were costing more and had more storage. Call clarity is better and calls are not dropped like the older phone, did.

Have been using this phone for awhile and have not had any major issues. Will continue purchasing Apple iPhones.

The only downfall is that you can't use the plug for your headphones while charging your phone. Otherwise it's a great cellphone.

The Iphone7 is a nice upgrade with a decent camera. Battery life is about 8-10 hours with normal use so keep a charger handy.
