I purchased it for her to get her a more modern phone, with more capabilities Than text and read emails My sons, grandkids and ex wife are very happy with the upgrade. She never thought she would fully use it, but now that's she has had it for a couple of months she is very happy with it. So the whole family can not communicate in the modern world today

Has no wireless charging. Has no LED indicator on the front of the phone so you can quickly tell if you missed a call or have a text message or some other notification pending. You actually have to keep turning the screen on to see if you missed a call or a text or anything. Thats a major drawback as far as I am concerned, especially since this is supposed to be a "flagship" phone.
