I have been android user since....well since cell phones were invented. Well actually, I was Nokia and then My touch, then Samsung. For years I endured the freezing and frozen camera of Android because I refused to give in. When I finally switched, it was life changing. The customer service was superb and they helped me choose what size to get. They also acknowledged my amazon price match on the phone case. Its been almost a year and this phone has no problems. I love it and it works amazing. I have all my apps and pics. I'm still learning a lot of new things. My favorite is the portrait pic. I take pics of my niece and nephews and it turns out professional looking. Everyone loves the pics and post them on social media. They want to upgrade their iPhone just for that feature I have been showing off. Thanks APPLE!! I have now fully joined the apple family and have a MacBook and an iPad. FYI, the major plus is the amazing customer support. YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEARN SPEAK ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Its a major plus for me and they just earned a customer for life.

The larger size is a big plus. I never had an I phone before, so this tool is continuing to amaze me. Easy to use, but since it has so much to offer, I think Best Buy should partner with Apple to offer USING YOUR NEW PHONE classes!!!! The camera alone has so many options I can't begin to use them all!!!

I’ve owned an iPhone 6 for 3 years and it served me well. At the time I bought my 6, I debated getting a 6 plus but decided against it due to size. Now with the dual cameras, it gave me multiple reasons for buying the 7 plus: larger display, longer battery life and better camera. I’ve quickly become accustomed to the larger form factor. I will admit I find myself using both hands on many occasions but that’s a minor inconvenience. I love portrait mode pictures and enjoy the longer battery life. The Plus models aren’t for everyone but if you take photography more seriously than the casual snap shooter, you’ll enjoy have a 2X optical telephoto lens and taking pictures using portrait mode. Highly recommend the iPhone 7 to anyone looking to upgrade. One last consideration is that you can get 128GB iPhone 7 or 7 plus but you can only get a 64 or 256 GB iPhone 8. You can only get 128GB memory with the iPhone X. So if you want a capable iPhone at a good price, the iPhone 7 Plus is just for you.

If anyone is interested to know how the 7 performs compared to the 6 and 6s Camera is a little better and you notice it for sure. It is a lot better in low lights conditions. SPEED, I was using a 6s and I notice a much snappier Safari and iMessage screens. Part of it may be IOS 10 but pages pop really fast. It is way way faster than the original 6. Black looks awesome!!! But is is so slick. There are no lines and it looks like a solid 1 piece product. I saw the Glossy Jet Black and it is a work of art but it show fine scratches. So most people will use a case which hides the back anyway so maybe color is not that important. Mainly if you want a white front or black. I love the new home button, took about 5 minutes to get use to and I don't miss the old home button at all. Any case with a large camera cutout like the CM4 wallet case works with the 7. But most likely all other will not. Some of mine I can cut out around the old camera hole and use it until new cases come out. But I promise you this phone is slippery when dry!! Overall I love it! Fastest device that I have ever used. I can out type the 6s sometimes on reviews but thiamine keep up no problem. 128g is perfect in size for most everyone. Hardcore photo and video people may want the 256g. No headphone jack, doesn't bother me at all. The adapter sounds fine with my expensive headphones. It's not really that large either. The lightning headphones sound really good to me. I tested the same song with the same headphone using a 6s and the 7 with the adapter and I cannot tell the difference. In some ways the 7 with the adpater sounded cleaner and had a little less aliasing hiss from the analog to digital conversion process. So beside have a little while cable sticking out I think the 7 audio is fine. IPhone 4,5, 5s, SE and 6 users will feel a huge speed increase. The 6s is not far off speed wise but it is noticeable to me. No matter how you split up the payment or go with a upgrade contract price, you'll pay full price for any of the phones. It is all just creative math by the vendors. I bought mine outright and got point on my credit card, enough to reduce my price by $25.00. I also heard the Black and Jet Blacks maybe high in demand.

Great phone. Awesome camera, waterproof, landscape mode on any screen, although "OK google" is a bit more helpful than Siri. Display is the clearest I've had, long lasting battery life, and to me the best thing is that there's practically no loading time. It's super fast!

Look I'm an iPhone guy. I have been for years. I wasn't sure sure if I would like the size of the plus and it turns out I actually do. Some say the changes are too subtle... others don't love the loss of actual home button.... I don't mind it! I might mind the loss of the headphone jack a little bit. I have Apple everything so, it perfectly syncs with all my devices & the camera is awesome! I always upgrade at Best Buy cause I love getting my reward points!

I have been a Samsung galaxy user since I first purchased the galaxy s. I recently converted to the gloss black iPhone 7 plus after a lot of deliberation and I doubt I'll look back. Part of the reason for the conversion was because I was tired of waiting for the new galaxy phone and my s5 was failing me. The iPhone syncs perfectly with my MacBook allowing seamless transition between my products. I also have not had the battery die since I've owned the phone (I think the lowest I've seen is 30% battery life after a long day of use). The camera works well and I can have many applications up at once without any lag or slow down. I also love the apple keychain that stores all my passwords in the cloud for easy use on apple devices! I do own the Samsung gear S smart watch for those of you with android devices and I'm still able to use them together, although with slightly less functionality. I can no longer respond to messages on my watch, but i found the process difficult and did not frequently use this feature in the past anyway. Also, I noticed the gear watch automatically deleted some of the apps that it came with after the conversion, but I also was not using those features. The biggest obstacle that I've noticed is that I don't believe I can control my Apple Music from my watch anymore while at the gym, but this shouldn't be a problem for people with controls on your headphones. I am still able to track workouts and answer/cancel calls from my watch in addition to getting all my notifications. I may buy an Apple Watch in the future, but not because my gear s isn't satisfactory. If you've ever considered switching, I'd at least give it a try.

Love my new IPhone 7 Plus. I really like the larger screen and fast processor. It is so much faster and has a better battery life than my 6S.

My favorite part of this phone is that it has voice recognition! I don't have to press the home button to ask Siri to do something! That's hands-free right there! I got the plus cause I wanted a big screen, more memory better camera. I am still getting used to the size. It feels heavy with a case.

The new IPhone 7 plus is great. I got it for the dual camera lenses and water resistant features. Takes better pictures than my IPhone 6 and is just the right size. I can still operate this larger phone with one hand and it fits comfortably in my pocket, even with a protective case installed.

Love the camera on this phone. Also really like the plus size. Everything is easy to read and use.

I like my iPhone 7 Plus very much. I have it loaded with the best Apps. It takes great High Definition Photos. I like the Magnifying Feature to take Close-Up Photos at distance. Color is great & though 128 Gb Storage is great, I think I'll upgrade for more memory for data & Apps, photos, Music, videos, etc. iPhone 7 Plus have a great display to read & see photos, watch videos. It is water resistant but don't try putting it under water. Read the warranty at Apple Website & consult Best Buy Experts. With some protection covers, don't let it take too much water in the front, specially the borders, because you may have to wait until the water between the iPhone display & the cover dries, because the touchscreen will not access your selections when you click. But that is with some covers. Using the iPhone without cover getting a little bit of water is not suppose to trouble you at all. But I recommend you buying a strong cover to protect your new iPhone. Consult your Best Buy Experts Always.

The display is stunning. The camera takes fantastic pics and video. Web browsing is fast and the battery lasts much longer than my previous iPhones. I love the larger display screen for those moments I watch videos or play games. This is the best iPhone I've owned by far.

I recently moved up from the 6S plus to the 7 plus. But why not the 8 you ask? Reason being, I’m clumsy. The 8 seemed like a delicate phone to me, especially with the glass backing. Although the 8 outperforms the 7 in terms of functionality, they are almost the same phone. I’ve had my 7 for almost a month now and am enjoying it. The camera is definitely a huge upgrade and am satisfied with the phone for the time being. I would have given the phone 5 stars but because of the new iOS (11), the phone has some bugs and glitches (which is partly because the iOS was optimized for the 8 and X). Until Apple decides to fix the glitches and bugs for the 7, the phone will have a 4 Star performance (to me, at least).

This is a great phone. The amount of storage was a huge upgrade over my previous iPhone 6, and the screen is incredible. It is a lot to handle the size of the phone, especially when carrying it around, but when in use the screen is totally worth it. Even the screen on my wife's Galaxy S7 seems limited now. My big problem (and the reason I only gave it 4 stars) is the lack of a headphone port. I wish Apple would have stuck with a headphone port. I get that they are trying to go wireless, but Bluetooth is a pain. I have multiple pairs of wired headphones, so I have to either always keep the stupid dongle with me or buy more dongles. I don't care for wireless headphones as I don't want to keep another thing charged and the sound gets compressed for Bluetooth. It also makes using the phone with cars a much bigger hassle, especially when it's not my car and the car doesn't have Bluetooth. Apart from the headphone jack, the camera on the phone is great. I love the zoom feature and the videos are spectacular. Touch ID also works 100% better than my iPhone 6. On my 6 Touch ID would work maybe 60% of the time and was slow, with this phone I just pick up the phone and it's unlocked before I know it. Overall, I'm very pleased.

My old phone was over 2 years old and it was time for an upgrade. This time I chose to go with the plus for the extra size and it was the right decision. I am able to use phone without any difficulty and it is still easy to slip into a pocket. It is much faster than my previous phone and everything is an upgrade: screen, sound, speed, size. Very pleased.

I went from an iPhone 5 to this 7plus, and I love the upgrade. Battery life is superb! I'm still at 77% after a full day of use. Processor is fast. Screen is brilliant. Camera takes great photos. Only con - the ridiculous price!!
