First time buying through best buy, and I have to say....I'm sold. Service was great, process was quick, prices were MUCH lower, and the transition was easy. I'll def be buying through best buy again. In terms of the actual phone: The 7 plus is much more aesthetically pleasing than previous models, and seems to be a little lighter as well. The home button takes some getting use to, i'm still not sure how I feel about it to be honest. Camera quality is amazing, new features are really cool. I will say, this phone is extremely fragile compared to any iphone I've had before. Get apple care, a protective case, and a screen protector before you walk out of the store. My screen resisted 5 years of college and about 2-3 after, but this screen cracked within a day of having it WHILE in a case. Apple care covered it for $29 thankfully, but not worth the risk. Other than the obvious precautions, it's a great phone.

The Camera takes amazing pictures. Phone size is great for watching movies & videos.

Nice design. Better and bigger. The downside is that it dont have the headphone jack.

Although the hardware hasn't been innovated recently, the camera is truly a great upgrade and I'm loving taking pictures with it. The device is definitely much faster and the battery life is amazing. I can't wait to try out the depth of field feature once it's released.

This is my first Iphone, i have had a Samsung and a Motorala. So far it seems like a good phone, very quick and responsive. The learning curve is not very steep, not any more than changing from one Android to another. I really enjoy the finger print security feature. The camera is excellent as well. I am using IOS 11 and the battery does drain quickly relative to what I have been used to.

Way better than my old 6 and I kinda like the plus better to watch videos from.

The iPhone 7 Plus was a gift for my wife, who had the 6 Plus. She loves the phone for its simplicity of use and the camera is incredible. The size of the phone is a mixed bag. My wife likes it because it's easy to text with, easy to read, and it fits in her purse. After two screen replacements on my iPhone 6 Plus which was forever falling out of my pocket, I decided this size doesn't work for me and upgraded to the regular iPhone 7, which is just the right size.

The screen is crystal clear, portrait mode for photos really makes a huge difference, better at low light pics vs previous generations, battery life has been great so far. Not being able to use standard headphone/aux cables is a bit annoying but manageable.

Usually, my phones stop working for one reason or another. I take care of them but whether it was the home button or the battery not holding a charge, I was losing faith on the iPhones all together. I decided to give it one more chance with the 7 Plus and it has been about a year now and not a single problem besides the occasional sudden closing of applications.

This is my first time with the Plus size phone. Upgrading from an iPhone 6 I was skeptical at first but I love it!! Feels nice in my hand too. The battery life is great!! It is quite a bit heavier than the iPhone 7 but that wasn't a factor for me.

Upgrading from the iPhone 6, the 7 Plus is just phenomenal. Battery life blows you away. Screen quality is amazing. The Jet Black just looks so sleek. Phone is lightning fast. Worth the upgrade a thousand times over. You won't be disappointed.

I love my new iPhone. The screen is larger and easier to read. I just backed up my old phone to my iTunes on my PC. Then I restored to my new phone and everything was there. All my music. All my texts. All my apps, even the purchased ones.

I gave up my Samsung to get the famous iPhone. The sound quality and the pictures are better and maybe the security of the phone as well, however, in my opinion the Samsung was more fun to play with. The iPhone can not schedule text messages, I can not put my phone contacts in a group or directory unless I have a laptop. The ringtones are boring. The desktop is boring, etc. I guess I haven’t had the phone long enough to know everything a true technical person knows. Once this phone is fully paid for, I am switching back. I hope I can still take pictures once the service is disconnected. It’s a great phone for most but just not for me.

Been using few iPhones since the 4 and have to admit, Apple never stop satisfying me. This is by far the best one. Long lasting battery. Cameras are amazing. Speed is awesome. Heard from YouTube review that it is actually faster than IPad Pro.

If you have to use your phone for work or looking at detailed drawings the Plus size is great! Much faster than my iphone 6. Just wish it had wireless charging.
