I've now had my new iPhone for a couple weeks. While the battery and camera are better, that seems all. I've had to reboot several times just to use it as a phone. Disappointed with this iPhone so far.

This phone is way to big for someone with small hands, me. My hand was constantly cramping up. Also it's heavy. This made it very uncomfortable when trying to use it while charging. It was a constant strain on the charger cord. I returned the phone after 1 week.

I think the IPhone 6+ worked better than the IPhone 7+. The battery is terrible - phone does NOT keep its charge very long, especially if you actually use the phone. And the price is ridiculously too high.

Aesthetically gorgeous, however too big for one of my hands so I have to hold it with two. The home button takes some getting use to. The price is a little much as well. Phone call quality not the best either.

I made the switch from Samsung Note5 to this iPhone 7plus due to the problems that I had with Samsung products in recent years not lasting long or faring well. I thought that by making the switch not only would I get a highly regarded brand of phone but I also would at least have the same sort of connectivity to the Verizon network. I guess I was wrong for thinking that. Samsung phone are way more user friendly and seem to have a better wireless network connectivity. I have had this iPhone for 2 months almost and I hate the fact that I rarely see 4g Lte service. On Samsung, always had 4g Lte service, everywhere I went in the N.O. LA metro area!!

Likes: the size, easy setup, speakerphone, Wtfs: still no apps, gets hot using while charging, no decent apps, freezes app store while in call, lags between apps and anything your doing. Did I mention the apps? OK I hate this phone, basically used 1 day, it's terrible, had to restart 4xs, no key to open Sim door, can't really customize it, passwords/verify all the x omg. Did I mention all the apps are prehistoric, I just cannot get how dated, compared to android, this is a leapfrog. There is too much negs. About this phone, I can only say I will be happy to return. Maybe I would have kept if you could merge with droid. A hybrid, without voiding warranty.

People I'm talking to say they can't understand me. I sound muffled, garbled, like I'm in a tunnel, holding my nose, etc. Have been to the Apple Store 3 times, to the Verizon Store and talked to Verizon and Apple online. I just keep hearing it's a continuing problem that Apple blames on Verizon and Verizon blames on Apple, I have an expensive phone that people can't hear/understand me on. Very unhappy!

I hate it. The camera is awful if you're trying to hold something and take a picture of it. The only reason I purchased it was to get my texts from other iPhones, I was told that iPhones can have issues getting through to other manufacturers product. :(

I much prefer my I phone 6. No one can hear me during voice calls on the 7. I have to restart it constantly due to it freezing up. It's a headache more than anything else

The iPhone 7 Plus is over-rated. I have had numerous issues and have made several calls to Apple Care. I wish I had kept the 6S. The upgraded phone is not worth the hassle.

Had to recall my note 7....after using this for a few months..iphone 7plus..still think note 7 is the best phone...

I will never buy apple again you are very limited as to what you can do .

Returned for galaxy s8 plus because that what I was used to. However, it did have features I now miss.

The phone has many glitches very dissapointed. Apps crash phone resets all the time

My second iPhone and now I remember why I switched to Samsung in the first place.

So far I am happy with my new IPhone 7 plus. Still learning how to operate it
