    Received the phone by delivery, couldn't get it to set up. Apple tried for several hours and couldn't get it to work so they declaired it defective and advised me to bring it back to Best Buy. I went to Best Buy and spent 2 hours exchanging the phone. Best Buy denied it was defective but exchanged it anyway. The new phone is working great. Best Buy was great in honoring their products. The whole experience was rough but my daughter is happy with the outcome.

    Bought this and really it's not much different than the iPhone 6S Plus other than I got this one with the max memory. I gave my old one to my husband.

    I had the iPhone 6plus prior to this one. It is of comparable quality. No major earth shattering differences than the 6 Plus. My 6 was on the way down.

    I like this phone overall BUT Apple needs to work the out all of the bugs. I believe it is actually more to do with the IOS update.
