I replaced my IPhone 5C with the 7 Plus. I like the phone but find it to be a bit larger than I would have liked.

Was actually interested in this phone except the 164 gigabytes however wasn’t in stock and this one was . First time I ever own an iPhone and I love it ! Great service at this location ! Very welcoming and helpful . Greeter was great help!

Upgrading from 6+ the additional features didn't seem like it was a lot. But that's ok. I think phones are maturing and one will just get disappointed if one expects a lot of features every phone upgrade. The new 7 + is a familiar phone with a nicer upgraded camera. My photos look more professional and sharp. The Touch ID is improved and one feature I love to use. One improvement that I'd like to see is better battery life. The 7+ seems not to last as long as my old 6+. Perhaps feature software upgrades will improve battery life.

I feel the 7+ has really nice cameras. I personally don't like the size, it won't fit in my sports cars and it's hard to handle on the go. I much preder the smaller 7, but the camera on the plus is great to have. Nowadays everyone just use the phone for social media pics and videos so it's an important element of the phone. I am having problems with my charging port, it's intermittent after 2 months of use. Had iPhone for s long time and it's the first time this happened. I will need to get it looked at by apple, very annoying

The service was quick and easy. Buying my iPhone 7plus was no problem. The phone works great and has good quality for media, such as camera use. The service and the iPhone are excellent, I would recommend doing business with Best Buy as questions I had were answered and once again excellent service.

The phone and its IOS system is the best iPhone yet, it syncs with my iMac and Apple Watch, if you already have apple products you won't be disappointed. The camera Is fantastic with it's two different focal lengths. This is the first phone/camera that is so good I have sold all my Canon and Leica camera gear. It's always with me and the photos can be uploaded to social media easy. But the best part for me is the photos are automatically uploaded to my iMac when I get home via my wireless wi-fi. I can then adjust them with adobe lightroom on the iMac. No more pulling memory cards from traditional cameras and manually loading them to your computer. With the latest iOS update and a appropriate iPhone app you can shoot "raw" photos - allows you to adjust the photos for better results. If your a photographer this is the phone for you.

I only buy iPhones from day one the ISO system is fare best and above the rest. Highly recommend the iPhone

I really like the size, clarity of the screen, and of course it being made by apple.. I was not very impressed with the galazy 5 I had had. Lots of issues with not getting messages, long delays in message receipt, dropped calls, etc. None of that appears to happen with my IPhone now. Extremely pleased.

I purchased it for my mom and she loves the bigger screen and simplistic interface. Came from a GS7.
