As a former android customer the upgrade to iphone made quite a difference. Easier to navigate.

The phone over all is amazing but the price is a little high not complaining but when I went up there to the store to see if they could do a price match considering I paid a couple hundred more then the price was at the actual store they refused to work with me but I do love the phone it's self , only issue with it is I don't have enough time to use it but as far as phone I love the 4K video recording dual camera, long battery life . When I'm not on it at work it last far longer then my Samsung phones have.

Moved up to 7 plus model for my wife! Great features and awesome camera! Bought phone before iOS 11!

Great... like the larger phone. A lot faster than the 6 I had. Happy I made the up grade.

Coming from an IPhone 6 Plus, I notice several problems. Battery life isn't all that great with the 7. I had to turn off so many settings. Bluetooth takes longer to connect especially with my car. After the 7 has connected to my car, the music would speed up for a few seconds, then a pause, then the music will play normally. This happens every time. Don't really have privacy unless you go to your settings and turn options off (check the location service menu). The only thing that keeps me buying the iPhone is the group text and FaceTime since the rest of my family are apple users. It's more 3.5 stars.

Great Iphone. It has all the features you need. The camera is great. A little on the expensive side.

It's an iPhone. Had to purchase a new one since after the 11 iOS update th iPhone 5s's battery completely died and would not turn on after trying everything. Lost all pictures too as when the phone was backed up. The files became corrupted in the computer.

I've had every iPhone since the 1st one. A little disappointed there's no audio jack but everything is going wireless so I'm not too upset but there is no real update in the technology. Apple has to step it up!!!
