Phone was purchased as an upgrade from a 5S. I wanted a larger screen form factor to make keyboard use easier. More memory was also beneficial. Most phone improvements seem to involve photography and speed. The 7+ meets my needs well.

After almost a dozen years (and several battery replacements) on my “dumb” phone, I needed a new cell phone. Because I had an iPad, I knew Apple products were high quality...that’s why I bought my iPhone...and let me tell you, I was more than satisfied. The iPhone 7 Plus is simply an iPad with cell phone capabilities. With both devices on iOS 11, they operate identically. It didn’t take me long to “sync” the two and now I have the same personal stuff on both devices, email, calendars, reminders, spread sheets, personal apps, all synchronized on both devices. Oh yes, the camera is amazing!

Great photos. Don't mind the larger size and don't have to worry about getting caught in the rain like I did today!

Great upgrade from an iPhone 5. Great big screen display, Battery and camera is great. Very pleased!

I bought this phone for my wife. She loves the size and everything. It’s fast and takes great pictures.

I believe a good (Black Friday) deal on the phone. Just learning to use it but (compared to my "ancient" Samsung Galaxy S5) this phone is great. Like the larger screen and the camera features are great. One issue I have, compared to the Samsung, is the phone does not have a mass delete feature for e-mails...at least that I can find.

This Iphone did not disappoint. I like the big screen, the fast processor and the camera quality is great.

The ease of use of the phone features is a pleasant surprise. The battery life is excellent! It is nice to use the phone without worrying about frequent recharge. Also, the camera is larger and the pictures are beautiful!

So far this has been a good phone. My iPhone 6 Plus started have Battery issues so I had to replace it. Good camera. Still Learning. Apple needs to address Battery issue.

I love my iphone. It is very easy to use, has a great camera, & better battery life.

So far no complaints, I upgraded from my iPhone 6 and between the 7 and 8 there weren’t enough significant differences for me to dive into 8; no regrets on my part!

I originally set out to purchase an iPhone 7. Best Buy didn't have one in stock. The store rep. showed me the iPhone 7plus he had and talked about the ease of use. I was a bit reluctant at first but now that I have used the 7plus I'm convinced I made the right decision. It's a great phone size. Easy to view and it has exceptional battery life! No more squinting for me! Don't hesitate go get the 7plus!

I waited for the new iPhone 8 to come out, so it would go on sale. Great screen and the salesperson was great in getting my phone all set up within 15 minutes.

Same great phone like the ones we have been buying since the iPhone 3. My husband loves how large the phone is since he watches a lot of shooting videos.

This is a wonderful upgrade from my Samsung 5. I really like Samsung phones and wasn't necessarily looking to switch to the latest IPhone or Samsung, but had to because the screen was cracked. I also purchased this phone to use with the Square credit card processing system. So far, I haven't been disappointed. It has many of the same functions that I enjoyed about my old phone, but it's a cleaner, clearer functioning system. I find I use more of the features it offers and have downloaded more apps etc. I loved the camera on my Samsung, and hoped that it would be as good, and I think it might be better. The only issue I have found with it, and it might be the program, is when I'm using Instagram the screen doesn't seem to be as sensitive to touch. I think it should be as good as the earlier generations. I'll be interested to see if anything changes with the program updates.

I had an 8GB phone so, yeah, 32GB is way better. I've had iPhones now for more than 10 years and I can't imagine using anything else. I love them.
