I can't see that the camera is better. Sound probably is. Not much change for 6 plus. Hate the home button like everyone else.

Pros: aluminum back will dent before cracking, runs same IOS as newer phones, back camera is still kickin', sort of water resistant. Cons: base phone is only 32 GB, planned obsolescence, screen protectors make it more difficult to use higher end stylus.

The iPhone 7 Plus is an excellent phone. First I’ll start of by saying perfect size for watching videos and speakers much improved from previous model. Overall recommend 110% but stay mindful DOES NOT COME WITH HEADPHONE JACK. iPhone 7 Plus is COMPLETELY BLUETOOTH.

This is my second iPhone 7 Plus. I fell in love with the black one, after buying the pink. I opted to buy this one outright and unlocked because it's the same price and I wouldn't be locked into my provider. Everything you'd expect from an iPhone, with the freedom to use anywhere.

Everyone should have a class in how to use this phone, it has taken me awhile to get used to, but it works well and does so much more that I ever thought possible.... with help of a friend I have a great deal of the phone working.

This is my second largest purchase from Best Buy. The customer service was excellent! The employee answered my questions that I had and I was convinced to make the Buy, and I'm happy I did. Go to Nolan! He's one of the employees who's is ready to answer your questions.

Only had it a few weeks, still getting used to all the features. I had a 6plus so I already love the size, in fact wouldn't mind if it was a little bigger. The double cameras are amazing!!!! Love all the memory on this one & the dual speakers! The sound is so much better.

I love the size of the phone and the new camera features. The texting additions are a lot of fun to use as well.

The iPhone 7 plus is very easy to use and wonderful to coordinate with my new MacBook Pro. The camera and resulting photos are very sharp/clear. There are so many features included that will be very helpful to my world photo journey. This a very impressive phone!

We been buying Apple products because of the IOs features. This phone is good. 2 stars off for lack of headphone jack. It's real annoying having to buy a dongle when having to charge and use headphones at the same time. I'd thought I would never have that problem but I do. Also you need a dongle for headphones that don't have the lighting cable.

I love my new phone I was a tad bit scared going from Samsung to iPhone but the transition wasn't bad at all.

This phone has a good camera and has good screen size

I love iPhones and finding the 7 plus to replace my sons broken one was awesome. Thanks Best Buy for keeping some of the older phones around so it not to expensive to replace.

Enjoying this new phone and its ease of use. Best Buy staff were very helpful with our the new purchase and transferring information. I received excellent service at Best Buy, and will return when I need new phones or electronics in the future.

great phone for my first ever cell phone. they call it a smart phone, is that for me or for the phone. youtube videos re great to get you going with it. some things are pretty simple but you can always count on some 12 year old kid tell you all about it.

Went in to purchase an iPhone 7 Plus 64G, went through the whole process only to find out they had given us a 32G. Went back to get it corrected and the guy in charge was trying to say they would have to charge us to reverse it, etc. After I made it clear that was absolutely not going to happen, they put their heads together, called AT&T and figured it all out. All is well that ends well. But, not the best phone buying experience I've ever had.

This is my first Iphone and I love how easy it is to use and how polite the associate was and knowlegeable in assisting with my purchase. I also purchased apple care havent had to use it but nice to know I got it. No issuses with my phone.

Once again, the iPhone has been upgraded, it should be a holiday since every year people go crazy about a couple new changes that really aren't that big of a deal but this one has a few good upgrades that make it worth it if you haven't jumped from your 5s yet and want to skip the 6. Everything is faster, and with how things are today if you aren't first your last. Better screen, better sound. It's an overall upgrade from the last years 6 line.

Love everything about the phone, took a class at the Apple store on working the phone, made such a difference. Cannot advise strong enough to take an educational class at Apple, Best Buy, you local library, community college, etc you will be very happy you did
