Best Buy, Apple, ATT provided customer service above and beyond what I expected. Brick and mortar stores consistently provide exceptional customer service that the online stores cannot. This purchase was a perfect example of that.

I was reluctant to trade in My Blackberry Passport, but I needed apps that are not made for Blackberry. I still Love my Passport, but this phone is really nice and stylish. It does everything I need it do and looks great too.

Have nothing to complain about this phone. Got it on the buy one get one free from att. I would have purchased the 8 but there was confusion over the sale at att. Not Best Buy’s fault. Love the phone anyway

I upgraded from the IPhone 6 Plus to the 7 plus, big game changer! The home button is not as harsh as it was on my 6plus. Also the finger/thumb scan is way much efficient and quicker on this IPhone!

I went from an Apple 5C to this iPhone 7Plus. This phone and camera have so many features, I doubt I will discover them all. So far I am really pleased with the performance and life of it. I am spoiled to a good one now!

I previously had a Samsung which I loved, but wanted to try something new & see what all the hype was about a Iphone. So still getting used to it. Picture quality, not the best. Good size phone. Dislike having the hit the home button for everything, not really sure how I feel about it hasn't been long enough yet

Great phone. I love the large screen. The camera is outstanding. I had the 7 and it become too small. The 64 g has way more space for me to add photos, numbers and downloads. Overall I am pleased with this phone.

Bought this for my mom. Her 5C was so outdated. Best Buy bought it back for $30 and upgraded her to iPhone 7 Plus. She loves it. The sales associate was great minimizing the time I had to spent at the store.
