    Worst phone ever to me...HATE I PURCHASED IT...phone sticks...want stay connected to WIFI...sound is Horrible..people always saying...you sound muffled...I don’t recommend

    Recently upgraded iPhone7 Plus online ($250 trade-in offer). Picked-up my phone from bestbuy mobile location. Representative said you can trade-in here or go to att store and they'll give you the $250 credit towards monthly bill. I preferred to go to att store and they told me thet do not have trade-in offer to match bestbuy. I went back to near by bestbuy and they couldn't find my upgrade on their trade-in program. Again they asked me to go to the store from where i received this phone (just because they don't know what to say). I also went to the mobile store in galleria mall. They also did try for few mins and said sorry we can't find the details online. I said i have the bill with me and this is the phone which i've upgraded. This is one of the worst experience I've so far. Very poor response from the blue color staff.
