Iphone 7 plus has great features and I really loved it.

Love my iPhone 7 plus can't wait for the iPhone 8.

I love the phone for the most part, however my GPS cant seem to pick up where I'm at correctly, and I thought the screen was supposed to have been made with stronger glass, but it shattered when someone knocked it off a table in a 2 foot fall. Otherwise it's great.

Standby time seems to work great. However my battery drains very fast when I use the phone. Compared to my 6 plus this 7 plus battery is only half as good. Maybe I got a bad battery? I'm going back and have it checked out.

After trying twice with an Apple cell phone I am disappointed in the loss of coverage inside my home. Nothing has changed other than going Apple. So confused when I was told it was better than a droid.

purchased this phone as an unlocked and unactivated device. after getting it home i installed my prepaid sim card which the phone did not recognize do to the phone being locked. after a week of phone calls and getting put on hold for hrs at a time and getting ran in circles from best buy to apple inc to the prepaid provider i had to return it as no one could help me get the phone working.

Great phone other then the fact that from the day I bought the phone I have had trouble with the mic. Every time I’m on the phone the people I am talking to tell me they can’t hear me.

this phone is like other iphones. nothing special. barely used 3d touch. missing headphone jack is horrible. definitely not worth the price.

From the moment I started using my new IPhone 7, callers complained that they couldn't hear me clearly. They reported my voice sounded "muffled" or "like I was in a hole". My voice would also cut in and out. After spending hours trying all of the quick fixes described online to no avail, I decided to call it quits with the iPhone 7. Not worth the hassle. I use my phone daily for business and can't afford the time it took to be heard clearly.

I had 64 bit iPhone 5. I could get tons of pix. I was sold a 32 bit and never told to consider trading for 64 bit. Wish I had been informed

My wife needed a new iphone, the 6 plus gave up working...so we got the 7 plus. Next generation, let's hope for quality improvements.

its a learning process. The iPhone has some kind of issues that aren't resolved, yet. I'm not sure I'd recommend this to a friend.

Careful on getting sucked in. Best Buy promised us $200 gift card for each one we bought. After hours in the store and 5 employees later, they came up with an exclusion and we got nothing but the phones and a higher than promised bill a month later.

A greta phone but its not much different than the iphone 6 and the new headphones and attachment are garbage
