Wonderful phone just speaker way to low can’t hear the caller so have to use speaker phone or headset

This phone was horrible from the start. It would shut off and come back on randomly at first. Within a few months, it would overheat and turn off completely. I’d have to put it in the freezer to cool it down and get it to turn back on. I ended up having to buy out the remainder I owed on this piece of junk and buy another phone.

I bought this phone for sprint but couldn’t activate to sprint network. When I put sprint sim, it says sim not supported. Went to sprint store and tried to fix the issue but didn’t work out. Finally went back to Best Buy hoping that may be they replace it but they said they can’t replace it.. and now the phone is useless...can’t use.

This phone was a problem from the get go, I have had iphones in the past and did not use it much except for texting and emails. Anastasiya set the phone up for me and after a week I gave up and decided to return the phone.

You get charged an extra $50 for an unlocked phone. They did not price match and the Supervisor Jason Marranda is rude.

I either bought a locked iphone or was given one. This was an iphone 8 plus that I bought in Honolulu 3 weeks ago.

Phone GREAT, Best Buy? SHT............The phone was great lasted me 6 years. i could of probably squeezed another 4 years out of it. How ever the problem is with bestbuy. They tell you these phones are unlocked. To a certain extent they are, how ever they have it set up so the device locks to the carrier you insert your simcard of . So i could of bought this phone for 200$ and sign a att contract for 2 years instead of paying best buy the full 800$ assuming its unlocked. Turns out best version of smart phones all have this issue. I found out the hard way. I went over seas over the summer and couldnt get the phone to work. It was locked to ATT. I had to call att so they can unlock it

Easy to navigate, customer service helpful. Had to get a new SIM card and replaced quickly and easily

This is my daughter's phone, I don't like iPhone so I don't have anything good to say about this product

It was supposed to be unlocked but was locked with Verizon and Best Buy dont want to reapond

Its not great like last iphone 7 plus that have made.

Bought the phone a month ago and it has stopped working!

This replaces an iPhone 7 and really has been a great upgrade. Larger screen, wireless charging, more storage. I’m very happy this time around.

Service was great. Fast and smooth from what I remember

I am a blogger and use my phone for work. This phone has been one of the best investments that I have made this year. I take a ton of photos and don't always want to drag out the expensive camera. The camera on the iPhone 8Plus takes awesome photos. I'd highly recommend this phone if you need to upgrade but can't afford the latest and greatest. You won't be disappointed. It did take a little bit to get used to the size increase from the Andriod phone that I had. But it didn't take long to adjust.

I absolutely loved this phone, it just didn't like me back. I had issues when on phone calls I was always watery, or muffled. Other than that major issue everything else was great. The picture quality is awesome!!! Definitely 10/10 for the camera.

I upgraded to this from my iPhone 7 and the camera is better and the wireless charging is off the hook.

Love the camera and the portrait mode is the best. Recommend highly
