    Apple used to be user friendly but the constant updates and needing to upgrade cloud is getting obnoxious, I have a Mac and uploading to iTunes to empty my phone is not user friendly anymore

    I bought the phone as gift to my brother in india and was told by Best Buy that it is An unlocked phone and would work anywhere in the world. To my surprise it does not work in India, seems like locked to AT&T although the phone does not say anything about AT&T

    Phone was over heating so much and the phone calls was dropping they said it's known issue and they working on it but didn't spend that 1250 for a bad phone

    Coming from an Samsung phone, I would say this phone is okay. After using for about a month or so, I still don’t see the hype. Hopefully after becoming more familiar with the phone and learning all of its features, I will enjoy it a little more.

    I recently bought this iPhone and I have already returned it twice because it kept freezing, and not on on my 3rd one and I have to try several times to place a call even when using WiFi calling, and when I get out the calls sound scratchy and unclear
