Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the iPhone 8 Plus 128GB's excellent camera quality, large screen size, and ease of use. Many appreciate its longer battery life and the ample storage space. However, some find the phone heavy and expensive. The lack of a headphone jack is also a recurring point of feedback.

1st one blew up within 3 weeks of getting it. Apple store over an hour away. Wait longer then an hour to replace with a refurbished phone. NOT HAPPY.

This is a great phone but the only issue I have is that when I text, all my text comes back all separate. I’ve gone back to best buy to help but it may be a manufactured issue

I knew it so it’s my fault but this is just the same iPhone as before. I figured on getting the latest processor and all, but there’s no difference between this, the 7s, or 6s.

Just another iPhone - in fact I liked the 7 better but since it was stolen and I had an upgrade I got the latest version at the time. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Nothing to rave about that’s for sure

Better than the iPhone 6s but still has some drawbacks in terms of phone glitching for no reason. Don’t know if I’ll be purchasing another iPhone after this.

This phone had issues from the beginning and it wasn't user error! Apple had to help a lot to get it working properly. Now that it's fixed I love it of course.

I keep hitting the silence button when holding or disconnecting call. The original SIM card did not work so my old card was put in my new phone. One test call was made and phone was pronounced in working order. WRONG. Had to go back and get another SIM card. Everyone I spoke with said my audio was terrible and I had to repeat quite often. Videos that were sent were very blurry on receiving end. Had to go to Apple store after less than a month and have a 4th SIM card installed. Complaints have improved - but judgement is still out. Overall, I'm not happy with the phone.

    iPhone 8

Apple has released one of its newest models, the IPhone 8. It comes in two different sizes, 4.7-inch display and 5.5-inch display and comes in three different colors, silver, gold, and space gray. There are two capacities, 64GB and 256 GB, depending on how much storage one uses. The phone comes in a box with a charger, headphones, and a headphone jack adapter. The IPhone is an all glass design and is resistant to water and dust. It also has a new display called true tone that adjusts white balance to match the light around you, to view in any environment. There is also an option to charge the phone wirelessly but that charger does not come with the phone, it is sold separately. The camera has deeper pixels and optical image stabilization for photos and videos. Portrait mode is a filter that takes sharper and naturally blurred background photos. PROS • Some of the pros is that it is a simple phone for any age to use. • You are able to adjust the screen font size and the brightness. • It is easy to navigate around the phone. Being a student it has helped a lot because it almost like a mini computer. There’s almost apps for anything that one is interested in. • The all glass design makes it feel and look luxurious. • Having the phone be water resistant is a nice feature because then you don’t have to worry about it being damaged. • The camera quality makes the photos come out raw and crisp. Details, saturation and definition makes the photos come out more natural. I don’t feel the need to have to buy a nice quality camera. It has new filters, better flash, and portrait mode. CONS • It does not have a headphone jack which can be an inconvenient at times, if you were to not have the headphone jack adapter. • The home button can’t be pressed all the way down unless your finger is on it. • Pricy and may not be affordable. Overall the IPhone 8 is simple and easy to use. I would give this product a 4 out of 5 because it does not have a headphone jack and it can be an inconvenient at times. The camera has made an impression on me, how well it’s able to capture photos and videos. I would definitely recommend this product.

Iphone quit working within the first week. My son had to drive home from school two hours to the store he purchased it from because it was so new no one else could help him - this was apple supports answer!

I’ve always been an apple customer. So far this has been disappointing with all the issues I’m having. Seriously thinking of returning.

Had to have an iPhone for work. That’s ridiculous in itself. Don’t understand the iPhone hype. Compared to Galaxy, everything seems to take additional steps. Very user unfriendly.

This phone is ok if you have to get a new phone but not worth upgrading on previous working iPhone models. The camera isn’t even that nice.

I like how apple products link together. However the apple iPhone isn’t very user friendly compared to galaxy. Seems like every function takes extra steps compared to galaxy.

You fact that you only get 5 GB of free iCloud storage for a phone that cost that much is insane.

My wife and I both upgraded to the 8Plus. She kept hers and I returned mine and switched to the X. I didn't love the audio quality or the size but it works for my wife.
