From the moment I had my first Apple product I was hooked. Even if I got angry with Apple I wouldn't stop using their product, (aggravating because they KNOW that). Sooo user friendly. Such a clear crisp picture and it picks up sound too. Great camera. My iPad Air 2 is 128gb and I use it every single day. It hasn't reached its capacity yet and I have added LOTS of information. But I figured as insanely expensive as this iPhone is I might as well get the larger screen with the largest amount of storage available and if something happens to my iPad I can change over to my 8Plus with no problem. I did get the Geek Squad insurance just to be safe. Love the new (at least to me) Siri. I went with the British female voice! I use Siri a lot and the accent is appealing. The red color is like an expensive paint job on a luxury sports car. I got the red for the black bezel. Hope it lasts as long as my last iPhone.

Product did not resolve 7S issues

Best Buy staff are always overselling products and making exaggerated claims on performance and reliability, especially when it comes to high dollar smartphones.
