The phone was bought with apple care and had a manufacturing problem. Despite the purchase of apple care through Best Buy their geek squad at the store denied helping out. In the past one used to still pay a small amount and the phone would get replaced. Specially because there is no physical damage and the defect on the microphone is shutting the phone off.

Seems smaller and no different than the 6plus - expected to be so much more impressed!

The phone has not much different from iPhone 7 Plus

I have been with Apple for a long time and after the slowing down of phones I have decided to switch to Samsung. I pay to much for they phones to be slowing them down to force me to get a new one.

I asked the seller many times if the phone was 100% unlocked and their reply was yes. As soon as I needed during my trip abroad the phone dont work with sim cards from other countries but from USA. So phone completely obsolete while abroad.

The phone is freezing all the time sounds goes up the down I don’t know what apple has done to the phone or to the program Running the phone but it’s not the same as used to be wow how low can apple go

The iPhone is great and all but when I received it the phone screen is out of the phone and it has batter shortage. All this money to get the phone just to have to send it off ...great .

Typical apple phone that goes to crap right when they release something new....

You get charged an extra $50 for an unlocked phone. They did not price match and the Supervisor Jason Marranda is rude.

I absolutely love this phone. It’s very fast & efficient, the battery life on it is amazing, & the camera quality is stunning. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time.

I either bought a locked iphone or was given one. This was an iphone 8 plus that I bought in Honolulu 3 weeks ago.

Phone GREAT, Best Buy? SHT............The phone was great lasted me 6 years. i could of probably squeezed another 4 years out of it. How ever the problem is with bestbuy. They tell you these phones are unlocked. To a certain extent they are, how ever they have it set up so the device locks to the carrier you insert your simcard of . So i could of bought this phone for 200$ and sign a att contract for 2 years instead of paying best buy the full 800$ assuming its unlocked. Turns out best version of smart phones all have this issue. I found out the hard way. I went over seas over the summer and couldnt get the phone to work. It was locked to ATT. I had to call att so they can unlock it

Easy to navigate, customer service helpful. Had to get a new SIM card and replaced quickly and easily

It was supposed to be unlocked but was locked with Verizon and Best Buy dont want to reapond

I was skeptical about getting the iPhone 8 Plus since I have the 7 Plus, thinking of waiting for the iPhone X. The more I read and seen the X, I am not a fan of the displays cutout. I decided to preorder the 8 Plus. Best Buy’s preorder service was terrible, but the iPhone is better than expected. The glass back and weight feels very top notch. The cameras are superb and fast. I am really impressed with the automatic adjusting display, colors and picture are awesome. I am definitely glad I decided to get it, knowing I won’t feel like I made a mistake when the X is released.

In the past several years, I have had several I phones. The 8 plus is junk!

Had to return it because it was defective. Keeping the 6plus

Bought the phone a month ago and it has stopped working!
