Upgraded from a 7 to the 8 Plus. Not a mistake! 256 gig is really nice and don't even get me started on the Portrait mode. I think my kids are tired of me taking pictures. Main selling point for me though was the wireless charging which is fantastic.

Such an easy transition. I have used the iPhone for years, and they just get better. The phone is easy to use, the camera is fantastic, and I love how the iPhone is the same as the iPad. The larger screen images viewing and typing so much easier. The larger size is not a problem and the phone is not too heavy.

I have always had an I phone, and recently upgraded from IPhone 6 to 8-plus. The big screen is nice, the cameras are great, and everything is fast. The battery life is also very good.

Thought it's size might be to big but has proven not to be. Fits in any of my pockets. Have been able to use as a mobile office without a problem. Programs are quick to launch and do not crash. Screen is large enough to use with ease.

Camera’s way better. Love the wireless charging. Faster processor. If you’re upgrading from a 6, go for it! You can still use iphone7 plus cases.

I had the iPhone 6 before this one and I’d always wanted a plus so I decided to get the fastest option available so I got this one. The wireless charging works very well for when I’m at work on my computer listening to music at the same time. It does take getting used to not having a headphone jack

I didn't want to go to the latest phone. Since it usually takes awhile to get the bugs out. So I went to this one. Works great and exactly what I need.

Camera is awesome. Surface charging is very convenient l. Allot snappier then my ip6. Glass back is a nice touch but useles in a case

Previously I had the iPhone 6, which I damaged after 2+ years. I decided to go to the iPhone SE and was disappointed. The size was too small and so I decided to upgrade to the iPhone 8 Plus. Here is my opinion: Pros: -bigger -better camera. The pictures are clear. -additional features like press and hold (short cut menus pop up). Also, I am now able to retrieve ringers that I had previously bought and thought I lost. -more memory (64 GB) - this is perfect for smart home users. The apps take up a lot of space on your phone. Cons: bigger monthly payments. This seems unavoidable if you want to have a cell phone.

The cell phone has a huge screen great memory and battery life, awesome camera and everything you will need and love

I'm speaking for my 15 year old daughter who loves the phone and loves all the features it offered and the bigger screen upgrade from the iPhone 6s. Only draw back I saw was on Apple part of not having a headphone jack because it miggt limit you if you want a morphie case.

I love Apple products, and especially iPhone(s). The iPhone 8 Plus is a great phone and virtual companion. With it's large screen, clear picture, great cameras, and apple warranty, this phone is exactly what I wanted. Thanks best buy team for making it possible.

Yes, it’s an incremental upgrade from the iPhone 7. But, it adds much needed features that honestly should’ve came with the iPhone 7 Plus (wireless charging, nice low light pics, and upgraded cameras).

The Iphone 8+ is an amazing phone, huge screen, fast processor, clear bright screen, long lasting battery, and plenty of storage for everything.

I can’t believe the difference from my old Android to my iPhone 8 Plus! So much faster, intuitive and amazing features. It even tells me where I parked my car! Does it get any better than this?

The 4K video quality is fantastic and this is the fastest iPhone ever in my opinion. This phone has the best battery life out of any iPhone I’ve ever owned and fastest charging iPhone.

I went from an iPhone X back to the 8 plus. The iPhone X doesn’t even seem like an iPhone anymore. The 8 Plus take the design that they’ve had for a few years now and makes major improvements. I enjoy how big the phone really is. The big bezels don’t bother me. The camera is awesome as usual. Wireless charging is great if you use it, I don’t use it that much. I have had no issues at all with any service or software, as my iPhone X would constantly drop calls and glitch! Save the money and get this. You won’t be sorry!

I had been waiting to upgrade my iPhone 6 to a newer model. I’ve been watching the Best Buy sale ads for months. Recently, I picked up a new iPhone 8 Plus for $499. Fantastic upgrade. Great price. Excellent phone. I didn’t want to spend $1000 for the latest version of the iPhone, so I am quite happy with the performance of the iPhone 8 Plus. It’s fast, has a slightly larger screen, many upgrades, and produces great photos. It has everything I need and was a great value for the money.

A better version of the iPhone 7 with some nice features. The wireless Qi charging is great and with the update due to be released will only get better with faster charging. Overall good improvement until the X comes out of course!
