This is a great phone. Best Buy helped us very quick and made the upgrade process very smooth.

My daughter loves the 8 Plus. She feels it is less complicated and user friendly than the X.

Battery life is great and the warm screen feature is good for the eyes. The screen freezes sometimes but hitting the home button brings it back. It is very sensitive and turns sideways to easy but overall I am happy with it.

The phone works well, and so far i am very happy w.ith it. I always use an Iphone.

I switched from a Samsung Note 3 bc it was not in my budget to upgrade to the Note 8 or 9 and I wanted a reliable phone with a large (wide) screen. Mail has given me several issues...main issue is message "unable to send to trash". I spent an hour in the apple store and 3 hours over the phone with Apple support with no resolve. I also have had issues with my notes on Macbook syncing to my iPhone and apple support says it's because I don't have the latest version on my Mac. They've told me I can't upgrade though bc I don't have 8 GB of RAM and it doesn't perform well on Macs under 8. Screen is nice, though.

Try to form, Apple produced another awesome phone. I love the camera and the speed
