I bought the phone as gift to my brother in india and was told by Best Buy that it is An unlocked phone and would work anywhere in the world. To my surprise it does not work in India, seems like locked to AT&T although the phone does not say anything about AT&T

This phone had issues from the beginning and it wasn't user error! Apple had to help a lot to get it working properly. Now that it's fixed I love it of course.

The phone is very user friendly reliability is with the provider and whether you are within distance of a tower. I like my iPhone but the battery could be a lot better. Won’t rush to upgrade anytime soon

As a lover of Samsung and my NOTE 5, I really was not interested in switching over to Apple (iPhone). For various reasons I made the switch. It’s a nice phone- great battery life. Nothing much different

Like the improvements but had to return my first purchase. Phone was possessed! It would turn off constantly on its own. The power button didn’t work properly. My replacement phone is working fine so far.

Bought it for my daughter because she is an Apple fan. She likes it. Me, not so much. I prefer Droid. Personally, I think Apple devices are over priced and over rated, but some people go crazy over them.

I used to love my Apple I phone, but the more recent models are very glitchy. Half the time texts don't get sent through, and I don't find out until I look at my phone for something else.

I've never been a fan of Apple, I had numerous people tell me I would like al of the new technology it has. There were so many things I could do with my Android I can't do on my Apple.

I’ve always been an apple customer. So far this has been disappointing with all the issues I’m having. Seriously thinking of returning.

I only buy iPhones but this was has a ton of bugs. Perhaps I got a dud. I’ve had problems since I bought it. But Best Buy was great and apple products are typically good quality products.

Had to have an iPhone for work. That’s ridiculous in itself. Don’t understand the iPhone hype. Compared to Galaxy, everything seems to take additional steps. Very user unfriendly.

Not to at it is bad, but it frequently disconnects from WiFi ; allows inadvertent key strokes including dialing 911 by accident twice, No better then the 7plus I had.

This phone is ok if you have to get a new phone but not worth upgrading on previous working iPhone models. The camera isn’t even that nice.

I like how apple products link together. However the apple iPhone isn’t very user friendly compared to galaxy. Seems like every function takes extra steps compared to galaxy.

You fact that you only get 5 GB of free iCloud storage for a phone that cost that much is insane.

Upgraded from an iPhone 6S. Not the greatest buy based on price, some connectivity Wifi issues and I have to refresh apps often, might go with an android next time

The top part of the screen doesn’t always work when I touch it. Have to really press hard a few times. The photos are hard to get used to with all the screen shots.

It’s ok. It just makes my life difficult because it doesn’t have a headphone jack nor does it come with a usb-c cable so I can charge it with my laptop

Good, don’t know any difference from the one I previously had. Except that now I have longer battery life.

I really didn’t think that I would like the iPhone because I was always an Android chick, but once I’ve gotten use to it I would never go back
