Internet connectivity is terrible at times which drives a person nuts

The I phone is the same, but ever since they removed the phone jack this thing has become a nuisance. You can not listen to music and charge this phone at the same time. This has got to be the dumbest idea ever. Other then that it is average IPhone. Nothing special and super expensive!

My old android was slowing down and was definitely out of space. Switched to the 8 plus. I was able to move everything from the old phone to the iphone using an app called android to ios. So far the phone is super! Great pics, awesome display, the battery is a real champ. All day with some to spare going moderate to heavy. Its a little heavy but not bad. Glass front and back, just get a good case and concentrate on not dropping it. Only a few weeks but I'm very happy with my iphone.

Awful phone does not ring. Calls will not come through. No sound when a text comes through. Poor battery life 4 hours. I have cut off to reboot. Worst IPhone I ever had.

You get charged an extra $50 for an unlocked phone. They did not price match and the Supervisor Jason Marranda is rude.

Very disappointed. Thinking about switching to Android after being a long time lover of apple products!

I either bought a locked iphone or was given one. This was an iphone 8 plus that I bought in Honolulu 3 weeks ago.

Phone GREAT, Best Buy? SHT............The phone was great lasted me 6 years. i could of probably squeezed another 4 years out of it. How ever the problem is with bestbuy. They tell you these phones are unlocked. To a certain extent they are, how ever they have it set up so the device locks to the carrier you insert your simcard of . So i could of bought this phone for 200$ and sign a att contract for 2 years instead of paying best buy the full 800$ assuming its unlocked. Turns out best version of smart phones all have this issue. I found out the hard way. I went over seas over the summer and couldnt get the phone to work. It was locked to ATT. I had to call att so they can unlock it

Apple need to start innovating they expect us to pay more for phones, but it’s the same crap every time.

Easy to navigate, customer service helpful. Had to get a new SIM card and replaced quickly and easily

It was supposed to be unlocked but was locked with Verizon and Best Buy dont want to reapond

ringer does not work and is very very slow it freezes up and charger did not work either

Wow, I’ve been impressed again with the quality, craftsmanship & design of the iPhone 8 Plus! I wasn’t a huge believer that there was a significant amount of difference between 7 & 8 but the speed makes all the difference! The camera is awesome too. The glass all around is okay but I have a case on it to give it added protection. Yes, go get yours!
