Love this thing. I attached a Pop-it to the wallet and now I can choose to expand the phone or keep it smaller. I did use superglue to attach the Pop-it to the wallet...but the magnet holds fine to the phone.

I think people have early misconceptions about this product. It really reminds me of the perception of Airpods and how everyone thought it was a stupid design. THIS is a genius design and the only people who will have trouble with this are people who carry more than 3 cards and people who do not take care of their phones. The initial impressions of this coming loose is just that...initial impressions. In use however, if you're careful with your phone and don't slide it into your pocket lazily, this is perfect. For me I always make sure I have my index finger pulling on my jeans to make it open and sliding my phone in (doesnt matter what type of jeans I wear). The reason being is that I learned a valuable lesson in my teen years to never "assume" your phone is within the pocket (i've dropped it thinking it was going in the pocket). So for me, this has no issues with coming off, I also pull the phone out with the top facing down and with my grip "clam" style so the grip is on the wallet and the phone. As for who this isn't for, I'll explain, 1. the three cards that fit in this is limiting but it's the bare essentials. If you want a light carry, then this is perfect, I fit my driver's license, one credit card and one debit card. Most places use wireless transactions now and my insurance card/health insurance card can be accessed through my phone. If you think you'll carry more, I wouldn't buy this. However, there is an exception! If you carry a backpack or a purse with you everywhere you go, I think it's a good idea to carry a bigger wallet in the backpack but use this as your go to everyday carry. 2. If you leave your phone everywhere, and know you don't take care of the phone itself, then this wallet is not right for you. You will probably lose it without realizing because it's magnets...it's not a sticker or 3M tape and this is obvious. I'm not saying it will happen to everyone but it may happen if you don't treat your phone well in the first place. All in all, this accessory is meant to be taken off easily and for it to be VERSATILE. I think that's what people don't see or understand. They will bash a product because in their mind they lost the wallet before they even tried it. Hope this helps anyone on the fence, if anything, try it first :) I for one, am loving it

The wallet had a lot of negative press when it first came out, people saying it would slide off. Personally I am a minimalist when it comes to wallets and this is the perfect wallet to me - so much so, that I purchased it knowing I would even use it if It didn’t stick well to the phone. Well, I have an iPhone 12 mini and I must say it STICKS. I have no worries about the wallet accidentally coming off, and for the Mini it’s perfectly sized. Quality is top notch - edging is beautiful. Stitching is great. Overall I’m actually really surprised how much I like this thing,

Let’s first get it out of the way that this wallet is a bit expensive and for sure for the same amount of money you can get another wallet that we will be almost as good and will fit a ton more cards, but the magnets are not going to be as strong with the keys attached to your iPhone as those cheaper alternatives. I personally only carry my ID and two cards no more because I don’t need to. I have Apple Pay and I hate having a Kays on my phone plus having even the wallet attached to the phone adds too much thickness for my taste so I usually have the wallet attached or detached, I mean to inside my back pocket. I wish the Find My version of this wallet would have been out since day one, but with that feature added to the wall, and I personally think that this is one if not the best and intrusive, relaxed, efficient wallet out there that doesn’t get in the way, and it is designed for the fundamentals.

Very minimalist. Quality seems pretty good, not as nice leather seems a bit too perfect and doesn't have the aging properties you'd get from something like Horween leather. That being said the MagSafe snaps in place nicely and hasn't caused any issues with my cards. The only downside to this wallet is that it can really only hold 3 cards (4 is pushing it, I had trouble getting mine out when I put 4 in) and if you use other magsafe accessories the wallet must be removed to use them. I use a magsafe mount in the car so it becomes a little annoying having to remove/reattach the wallet every time I get in and out of the car. It's nice if you're running somewhere quick and don't feel like carrying a full wallet, you can just toss in an ID and a payment card and be on your way. Not sure yet how well it will hold up over time, my silicone case for my iPhone 12 Pro didn't make it 3 months without starting to look rough which is a bit concerning considering the price point. If you really want an Apple magsafe wallet that can carry a card and an ID this will work, but there are better options out there for minimalist wallets and even magsafe options that are a bit better value overall.

This wallet is overpriced and pointless if you have anything other than an iPhone 12. There's good to be had, though. This wallet holds up to 3 cards. I say up to because when carrying a metal card, like the Apple Card, it becomes very difficult to carry 3 cards. That's enough space for an ID/License card and two credit or debit cards. If you want to carry cash - look elseware. This wallet snaps onto the back of newer iPhones with MagSafe. That means that it'll stay in place and is still easy to take off. You can use it with a bare iPhone but it holds on better with a MagSafe case, like one from Apple directly or one of the compatible ones from Moment or Nomad (or the hundreds of nonames available online). Yes, the wallet comes off easily. That's by design. You're supposed to remove the wallet from your phone in order to remove the cards, as well as whenever you want to use MagSafe/wireless charging or use a different case. There's a slot on the back to make removing your cards easily, as can be seen in the pictures I've attached. I have the Black version, so I cannot speak to the durability of the Saddle Brown or other finishes. Mine has held up beautifully without any blemishes just yet.

Overall I am all about this wallet. The pros: it’s nice quality, holds my ID, health card, and 2 credit cards. The cons: it isn’t as magnetic as I’d like - I wish it held to the phone a bit stronger. I also wish I could’ve had space for about 1 more card but understand why they didn’t.

I read many reviews and watched several YouTube videos before purchasing this wallet. Many reviews said that it comes off way too easy. I was hesitant but I wanted to try something different. I rarely leave my phone or wallet at home. It’s like we are Siamese triplets. It made since connect my wallet to my phone. I don’t like full cases and prefer the bumper style that only goes around the rim of the phone. I have a protective film that covers the back glass and a tempered glass screen protector. I can honestly say that I have not bad one issue with my wallet becoming detached. It connects perfectly and stays put. I will say that or may be due to the the bumper creating a space making it an easy transition to my pants pockets. When I want to remove the wallet..(in which I do daily as I MagSafe charge) it detaches with appropriate pressure. As far as contents. I carry a my drivers license, two credit cards and twenty dollar bill (folded in thirds…just in case I am someplace and the credit card machines do down). To be honest…it will not fit any other card. It has made me think about the cards I carry. As I did the transition to use this wallet, I found that a lot of cards I use have digital versions so I converted over to them. When states adopt the digital driver’s license…that will again be one less thing to carry. For me…this wallet works well for my needs. If you are on the fence…give it a try.

I really like this more than I thought I would. The quality is great! The stitching is sturdy and material feels nice. Having 3 cards, and even 2 cards, in there does not worry me as they don't really slip out. In fact, it is hard to pull cards out when there are 3 in there. The wallet itself stays attached to my iPhone and I don't really worry about it slipping off when I don't want it to.

The craftsmanship on this little leather wallet is excellent. You truly pay for a premium product with Apple. As far as a functional wallet that sticks to the back of your phone, it's just okay. it'll stay there and if you shake your phone, it won't come off. but if your pocket, it does and will come off. You have to be mindful that it's there when putting it in and taking it out of your pocket. Mine did fall one time for me when I put my phone back in my pocket and didn't notice. I only realize when I looked back and saw it on the floor. Also, it only hold 3 cards, max. I only have 2 cards in there and never had a problem with them coming out so far. But I do end up bringing 2 wallets most times, this one and one with just some bills and an extra card. That being said, this is a little pricey but it's apple so you know what you're paying for. Pretty much just the name brand.

5 stars for the wallet, 1 star for atrocious BB shipping which takes weeks after claiming overnight. Every day you will receive an email stating there is a delay in your order with a new excuse each time. The wallet is super high quality, does exactly as advertised. Every single negative review sounds like its from someone who had no idea what they were buying. It is a magnet, of perfectly acceptable strength, and it is MINIMALIST. Yes, it only holds 3 cards. People are writing reviews like they expect to put everything from their George Costanza wallet in here. Also complaining, "it comes off!!!". Yeah, it's a magnet. Love the way it looks and feels on my phone (12 pro with black case and saddle brown wallet). If you have trouble remembering that your ID and credit card are attached to your phone with a magnet and constantly shove your phone in your pocket rapidly and without a care in the world, then I suggest a regular wallet and not this one. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

It looks great. Very nice leather. But you can only fit one card or bill in it. That works for me but some may find it restrictive. It slips off the phone sometimes but overall I found it to be relatively secure.

Bought for my wife to go with a genuine apple case and my wife loves the functionality of it. It stays pretty firmly attached to the case and so the risk of it falling off is low. It’s also not too difficult to remove if the phone needs to be wirelessly charged. Highly recommend for the apple fan.
