Great iPhone, and I'm a senior

My iPhone 4 crashed and I hesitated to buy a new one (data transfer, orientation to new phone, etc.) but went for it and I'm very happy with it. Easy to use, data transfer was flawless. Needed my apple ID password to transfer the data, but once I remembered to word, it went flawlessly. Great phone, great customer service, knowledgeable Best Buy Staff, safe place to shop. Thanks.

After I had decided to buy an iPhone, I went on line to find the phone. I found it available at Best Buy at the price that I was willing to pay. Ordering through the Best Buy website was very easy. The whole ordering took about five minutes and I received a delivery date and it arrived right on time. I was completely satisfied with the whole process.

Excellent phone at an economical price

The contacts were not moved when I took delivery of the phone. Best Buy staff were apparently unaware of a Google app called "Copy My Data," which I used to move the missing data the following day. I think some of the Best Buy staff need further training in how to move data from Android to Apple.
