Phone difficult for novice to use

Had a hard time at home getting to use the phone due to no prior use of an I- phone. Took our son 3 hours to get the phone set up where it could be used. Not enough information with the phone for an I- phone novice to get started.

Waited almost a month for the phones then I got charged triple the amount of the bill for the first month. No one at sales department told me that they charge month in advance.

Too many glitches. Calls drop, person on the other end can’t hear you after a few minutes, screen freezes, not screen size promoted. Couldn’t keep this phone, was making my day to day life difficult. Got 11 instead.

No SIM card with the phone

Where is the SIM card Best Buy? I specifically ordered this as a Sprint phone and it should have come with a SIM card included.
