Phone difficult for novice to use

Took our son 3 hours to get the phone set up where it could be used. Not enough information with the phone for an I- phone novice to get started.

Returned phone quickly

Calls drop, person on the other end can’t hear you after a few minutes, screen freezes, not screen size promoted. Couldn’t keep this phone, was making my day to day life difficult. Got 11 instead.
