The staff any time I go are always nice and helpful! I have told other friends how great the service is and specially the phone center just questions or if your buying a new phone they are all very knowledgeable about your new phone!

Bought it to update from an iPhone 4s that was starting into its death spiral, It comes with more apps and features than I'm likely to use, but it seems so far to be really tough. Tweaked some of the individual setting enough to make it much better than prev phone for reading in both darker and brighter than optimal conditions. Added plus - it was easier than I expected to set up w/o in-store help but also more time consuming because of pandemic staffing challenges at phone center.

Liked the 6s better. Easy to use and storage just right.

I like the phone a lot! Easy to work with and like the design of it. The salesman was helpful to get me the best deal money wise. He showed me all the different colors it came in,instead of just the one on display. I was able to go as soon as they opened,so it wasn't crowded.

It has been a great phone. The battery life has held so far. Hope it continues to do as planned. I do hate it that Apple is trying to get me to sign up for their deals and have my credit card in their system

I love this phone. I was getting tired of dealing with the bigger screen phone as they are not very convenient and portable in my pocket! I prefer having a phone jack especially with long WFH conference calls. My old 6s phone case works with this phone.
