Upgraded from a 5s, huge upgrade. Too many bugs, Pandora makes it soft restar CONSTANTLY, the lock screen tends to disappear CONSTANTLY... things you wouldn’t expect from a $1,200+ phone.

So far everything works really well, updated from a 6+ iphone so this is definitely a bump up from what i had. Bought it unlocked at best buy, was able to go to any carrier I wanted to then. Bought a case at another store that helps with handling it, get one if you buy the phone, much needed. Overall no issues, working great and any minor issues have been carrier related instead of device.

Got this for my wife, she loves it. The animojis are fun, and overall great fast phone.

So far the phone has really worked well, facial recognition works quickly. no glitches

I upgraded from an iPhone 6. I held out for the X as my hubby has a 7 and I wasn't impressed enough to buy a 7. I'm glad I waited for the X. The display is beautiful and the notch is not a bother. It took a bit to get used to seeing it, but not a deal breaker by any means. The phones processor is lightening fast with no lag time at all. The facial rec works unbelievably fast and accurately. While riding in the car last night in the dark, it still unlocked my phone. I was a bit worried that this would not work well, I was wrong! This is so much more efficient than fingerprint ID. I absolutely do not miss the home button either. Only a few hours and I was very comfortable with it. It now has me wishing my iPad had facial rec and the new gestures. Overall I am very happy with it. I put a good case and screen protector on it as I don't need a $800 bill to fix it if I drop it. It is pricey, but what isn't now a days! If I do find some issues I'm not happy with I'll come back and add them. I've had it for 4 days and have not been frustrated for one moment.

The iPhone X looks, and feels amazing if you have the money I would recommend it.
