This was purchased as a gift. The original phone purchased was defective right out of the box. Best Buy gave me a no hassle exchange even though we were out of state at a different store when returned. Phone does everything my teen would like and more. Happy with purchase

Love my new phone. New features take a bit to get used to but all in all Apple did a nice job on this new phone. Best Buy was awesome to work with in getting my full profile brought over from my old phone to the new one. Would definitely recommend purchasing your new phone from Best Buy.

I’m a tad late with my iPhone X purchase, was trying to hold out with my I phone 7 plus. Thanks to a teenager who broke their hand me down iPhone, I had to make the purchase. I’m not disappointed, I love the new features. I don’t even miss the Plus. I love apple.

I traded my I phone 6S plus in on this iPhone X. What an incredible improvement! This is the fastest iPhone I have ever used, and it is loaded with 128 GB of memory! No Regrets Here!

I like Android phone when I heard that Samsung reps will be no longer in the store I switch to iPhone w/256 gb first user I got this because they don’t take memory card if I problem with this I could call or stop by the store

Excellent Phone. Best Buy sell the phone that is not activated if you pay full price. The phone will be locked with the SIM card that you insert first - except if you use Verizon.

I'm still learning about my new I phone, have had to ask for help but wow, Best Buy staff are super, I mess something up or think I do and Best Buy is there to show me how to fix in seconds! I think I'm going to love the phone!

I purchased this phone for my wife. This phone gives the opportunity to have the same camera in the 8 plus is a smaller format. I did find it a little challenging figuring out how to move between screens without the home button.

It took my wife a little getting used to some of the new ways of doing things (without a Home button), but now that she is used to it, she likes it a lot. Actually, it makes me wish I had gotten an X instead of my 8 Plus.

iPhone X is a great phone and easy to use. It was a gift for my 14 yr old . The staff was extremely helpful teaching my her the phone and setting it up for her .

The Outer box was a gift to my wife and chose it for her because the kids always grab her phone and drop and damage her phone. So i knew it was a great buy and so far its been very useful not one scratch one her phone.

Was nervous giving up the home button, but was surprisingly a smooth transition! Haven’t missed it at all except for midnight phone checks... facial recognition only works with eyes open, 1 eye doesn’t count lol

I had my iPhone 6 Plus for almost 4 years before I took the plunge and purchased this new phone. The transition was smooth-I switched out the SIM card myself. Easy to learn. Fun to use. Great camera.
