Its an old model and week after i bought was one too. Way too much for hata it is. Least be happier if it was the newer model

Most of Iphone x versions are having voice clarity issues. Others can't hear our voice. It happened many times with me and took my phone 3 times to apple store but they couldn't find the issue and fix it. I feel it's useless to hold such a costly phone with basic voice quality issues. Also, I don't see camera captures better quality pictures.

Apple still has no fix nor even acknowledges the terribly slow WiFi speeds on the X. Check online for yourself and even the petition going around to have Apple fix this issue. All my other devices get 10-20x the speeds on my Gigabit fios. Battery life has also been less than stellar. Over disappointed most in this generation of iPhone. Can’t believe I spent $1200 on this “upgrade” from my iPhone 7 Plus

I liked iphone 10 but not quite happy the size. I am more used to the bigger size plus version. Hence I am not quite happy.

Having used an android phone since day one, the IPhoneX is so different. I like to dictate into it, and the X is so inferior to the Samsung in this respect. No comparison!! If it wasn't the fact that I purchased an Apple to facetiime my grandkids, I would go back to the Samsung in a heart beat. Grant, at my local Best Buy Store, has been a tremendous help to me trying to figure out my phone.

Not sure how to feel. Think it’s too overpriced and I just dont think it’s worth it. Looks cool though

So I decide to buy the iPhone X because I hear good things about it. Unfortunately my iPhone x was freezing all the time and have to return it. I try several things from killing applications to avoid using several apps at the same time but it doesn't work.

It’s an ok phone, too expensive though. I miss the fingerprint button so I wish I got a 7 plus or 8 plus. My screen was broken so I wanted a new phone... I should have just replaced the screen for a fraction of the price. Not impressed... overrated.

great for the first year and 2 months, but after that the screen gets crazy and not respond to commands. And warranty expired, is only for one year, even if in many reviews experience the same. So very disappointed with Apple.

paid a premium to get these and its been the worst iphone ive had its heavy and has a nasty notch that i thought would get some getting used to however it is more and more annoying everyday.

Literally believe me, Don't buy this Iphone X since there are lot of basic Voice clarity issues.

I love this phone in general, it's so good! It works so smoothly without the home button, and I like the design of this phone, it looks really posh. I ordered the unactivated version on Nov. 7th and it said it would be delivered by Nov. 30. To my surprise, it was delivered on Nov. 10! Thank you BestBuy.

The phone doesn’t work like it should it took, a few days n calls to get it set up, n myself ... No, don’t work like it’s suppose to.. n only had it, going for 4 days ... very unhappy with the purchase, it won’t lock ... anyone can get into it,

I wanted an unblocked, without carrier... when got back to Brazil, found out that it is blocked. Don't recommend it to any foreigners.

Touch screen quit working on 2nd day of owning it.
