Upgraded from the 6+ The new X has a better battery life and the only negative thing I could think of is I wish the screen was a little bit wider

It is an amazing device, I really love it so much.

I have had several iPhone's, I thought maybe try a android again its been about 5 years since I had a android. I made a mistake and bought a Samsung Note 8. That was hands down one of my biggest mistake. Horrible battery life compared to any iPhone I ever had. Reception wasn't anywhere as good as a iPhone neither. I have only two complaints about my iPhone X 1. Cant always see my battery percentage (You have to drag down the menu then you can your battery percentage) 2. Multitasking was a lot better and easier with previous generations. Other than that this is the best phone I Ever had, I get about a day and half on one single charge (By the way I charged my Note 8 an average of 3 times PER DAY!)

Great phone. I’ve had it since release and haven’t had a problem with it. I would say though that if you don’t care about having the latest and greatest then go with the 8. The X doesn’t really have any special feature worth the additional price.

I love my new iPhone, love the new Face ID feature. Great camera, I thought I would miss the “home” button but forgot about it quickly. If you’re waiting to upgrade, don’t wait any longer.

We have owned previous versions of the iPhone and although Apple has their issues, so do all phones. We still prefer the iPhone and this is the best yet. It does take some getting used to, but overall it is a very good phone. I believe the software on Android phones is too convoluted and confusing. I would recommend this phone to everyone that can afford it.

Love this phone. The phone is great and easy to use. Love the space and memory as well as how fast it moves. If you are a iphone lover, then this is a great one.

I may be a bit biased as an avid apple product fan, but i feel the new look and design has finally caught up with other models. However the quality of the software and hardware will never be matched by other brands.

iPhone X is everything thing I would expect from Apple (including the premium price tag). iPhone X works as advertised, Face ID works well but still needs improvement. It’s a little slow and doesn’t work in all situations. Just when I start to forget it’s there it reminds me it’s there, fails and asks me for a passcode. Full screen is nice, display is top notch but I’m not a fan of the aspect ratio. Wish the screen was same ratio of iPhone 6s (needs to be wider) Camera is good but I was hoping for more. I wanted better image stabilization and low light performance. I went with iPhone X because of DUAL image stabilization but I can’t see an improvement over iPhone 6s. Need to do a side-by-side to be sure. Wireless charging is a must (way over due). Probably my favorite new feature so far. Summary: For the $1k price tag I expected to be wowed but it’s just eh...slightly better than my two year old phone with a couple extra bells (no whistles).

My favorite thing is the camera. It takes wonderful pictures even at a great distance.

The iPhone X is is a great multitasking device and a significant step up from my iPhone 6. However it is not worth $1000 or more. AND the $100 added on by Best Buy is ridiculous. I’m not looking forward to changing to Andoid, but Apple and BB are making that decision easier. Price is making Apple products just a status symbol.

Another amazing phone by Apple! The OLED screen looks amazing on the larger display! The processing speed is something of dream!

iPhone X is the best iphone yet. Very intuitive. Can not find much wrong with it. Had a 6 plus before. Now big screen and much lighter.

This iPhone is the best I’ve ever had. The price tag might seem daunting but if you can afford it, the phone is definitely worth it. Great battery life and excellent camera.
