I’ve had almost every iPhone. The X is by far the best, easiest to use and most advanced. The camera is incredible

This phone was an investment for myself. The 256 GB is a plus with an enhanced camera from previous iPhones.

Design is great, the different controls are not difficult to learn, face ID is actually pretty rapid and will read you even in the dark.Mail app is a little wonky but probably software problem rather than phone

FaceID has been actived very well. However, the phone is a little hot when you use wireless charge.

I love the display of the phone looks crystal clear. The camera is amazing. Face ID works like charm. The only thing that gets me is battery life but I got a fast charger and it charges 50% in 30min.

Nice size screen in a small form factor. All of the apps that I used on my Galaxy Note 8 have been updated to use face id. I even use my Samsung Wireless Convertible Charger to charge my iPhone X. My iPhone X works better on the charger than my Galaxy Note 8. With the Note 8 I have to find the sweet spot to use wireless charging and with the iPhone X I have been able to put it on the charger in any position.

I am please with the iPhone X features, I would like to see add on features like battery percentage. There is no numerical percentage indication on the battery feature.

Face ID is fantastic!! So glad Apple finally caught up with android. No home button takes some getting used to but overall it's not a big deal. The so called "notch" is not an issue either. Apple products are always so refined and this does not disappoint. As far as how Best Buy handles the actual sale of the iPhone, I am not too happy with Best Buy. I preordered it and bought it outright for full price. No where did it say that the iPhone was excluded from the price match garuntee. I feel it was really shady of Best Buy to charge $100 more than anywhere else. If it's a policy make sure to post it. Very disappointed with Best Buy customer service!
