This is my first time purchasing apple products. I am very impressed by the quality and the battery life. The overall layout is awesome.

When I first bought this phone I went straight home and Attempted to set up the facial recognition which directly said that there was an issue and was unable to continue. After researching online I found that this was an internal glitch and I had to go back the following day to get a replacement phone. Also transferring over contact information over the cloud has been so difficult and I only had about 25% of my contacts actually transferred over. Since purchasing I’ve had one episode in which the phone froze for about one hour and I was on able to turn the phone off or reboot. This occurred within one month of purchasing this phone. I will admit though, the quality and pictures is definitely worth the issues that have come with the phone.

This is my 4th iPhone and it is by far the best yet! It is sleek and elegant with great new features and the same old features I love.

I have loved the IPhone X. I typically upgrade about every two years and this is my favorite one yet. Face ID works great.

I would have expected it to be a little faster than it is. The notch is as annoying to me as it is to most people. Much better sound (both internal and external) than the 6S Plus as well as far superior phone connection. Have had a couple of problems with screen freezing.

I’ve loved my new iPhone from the moment I opened the box. Lots of new features. Great storage and lots of great memories created.

I love my phone. It is so sleek and stylish. Make sure you get AppleCare or a protective case and screen because it is all glass.

Nice upgrade to the phone overall. A little intimidating at first without the home button, but the new controls are relatively simple.

I love this phone. I had a 7plus but i just felt it was way too big for me. The IPhone X is the perfect size. Wish it came out in Red.

Love the new X. Takes a little getting use to if you have had pre you’d IPhones, but once you get the hang of it, it’s well worth it.

The X, imho, is the best iphone to date. I like it better than the XR or XS and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

This phone has the best features in a cell phone. I love the face recognition and that nothing can be seen by people who pick my phone up.

I’m surprised how much I enjoy the face recognition software especially as a substitute for all my log in codes for apps. Very convenient
