I only had the phone for a few days having upgraded from my 7plus Here is what I like about it - the size is perfect ..xs is too small the max too big - Face ID gen 2 works really well very fast .. exceeds expectations - Dual Sim card.. now I can have one phone for work and home but this is not enabled yet ..waiting on 12.1 IOS - Gestures work very naturally.. I dont miss the home button - love the colors .. i got the blue version but red is very nice too - Screen (display size) - very nice and modern - price .. goes with out saying What is OK about the phone - the screen (display quality) ... Coming from an 7Plus , I cant tell the difference so not an upgrade or a down grade but i was happy with the 7plus and happy with the Xr What I dont like about the phone - I had to redo my watch sync -- yeah 1st world problems for sure - Wish it was USB-C net-net I will be getting a coral Xr for my wife so that speaks volumes very happy with the Xr

Definitely it has some improvements from the same past products.. The speaker could be a little louder when turning the music up in a crowded room. I prefer the old i-phones 5 or 6 in terms of using power off function than the new ones

I’m in the program to trade up every 12months and it’s always a hassle and this time has been no different. Phone required (3) software updates before it could even be sync and I’m still having issues with voicemail.

I liked the phone and all but had a hard to trying to get it . A lot of difficulty was going on . But they ended up resolving the problem quick !

I got it because my 7plus battery went south. I miss the old way of changing apps--don't really like the swipe thing (it's why my husband got rid of his Samsung.)

Before this, I had an iPhone 7 Plus. So far, I haven't seen any perks for this iPhone XR that put it above the 7 Plus. Still hoping that I'll eventually love it.

I purchased the phone on-line, when I received it I realized it didn’t come with headphones (like every iPhone I have previously purchased elsewhere) and it didn’t come with a full charger, only a cable. Once I went through the connection process with AT&T, my account recognizes the phone as an iPhone 7. Overall not very happy with the purchase, I would never purchase a phone from here again

Excellent phone, but the sales person could have sent time on how to use the phone. Had to go to apple to be shown on how to use the phone.

Like everything else, its not for everyone. Specially for the older generation. Andriod was much easier to understand.
