Better than previous generations but the phone camera isn’t great and the charger that cones with the iPhone was broken for me .

I’m not extremely impressed. The screen is sensitive to touch. The phone glitches often. Charge is good and camera is ok.

My son uses this phone from having an HTC. He does state the screen gets scratched to easily. Had to buy a screen protector.

I’m kind a disappointed with the performance of this phone. My 7plus was a lot faster! Should of got the 8 plus or XS Max

Slows down sometimes but probably because Apple wants you to upgrade again LOL

Haven’t been able to utilize it because in a Apple recovery for password since August 5,2019.

Got this for my dad and same as my moms xr the service stinks. Cuts in and out while talking. I don’t know if it’s the phone or the service. When we got this as upgrade we could not get his pictures transferred from old iPhone even with backup and just wasn’t as easy to use as previous models.

Phones r great but I had to call AT&T to have my bill fixed.

Battery didn’t last longer and it was to small for me.

Do not like facial recognition, no thumb print reader. Don’t like how to move around on the phone like my older Apple much much better. Think it was an 9 iPhone

I updated to this iPhone XR 64GB about two weeks ago from an iPhone 6SPlus. This new phone isn't working nearly as well as my old phone. I called Best Buy yesterday and was told to bring it back or take it to the Apple Store. They think it may be a defective phone.

I would suggest just getting the iPhone SE over this phone. It did not perform very well and my iPhone 8 had a better camera and performance.

Still trying to figure out how to use this phone. Not sure I really like it. Not as User Friendly as other iPhones.

Second phone within 1 year, glad under warranty. Both times phone froze and was beyond fixable.

The phone times out when it wants to, drops calls, and functions when it wants to. At first I thought it was new Apple launch that was causing the issues, however after second thoughtit has never actually worked well! Stay away from this phone!

Already have had to purchase more space on the cloud for a monthly fee. Isn’t $650 enough, but you still have to milk me for a monthly fee for the cloud, that if I don’t purchase, my phone doesn’t work properly. What a racket Apple has going. Never had to deal with the cloud with my 5.

The phone is fantastic. It is AT&T's promotion that I am once again sitting on the phone for another hour trying to fix!

Laughable. Worst most basic boring phone with terrible camera. Went back to apple after 6 years and nothing changed. Samsung all the way
