Phone wasn't activated, and it turns out it has an activation date of 03/17/19 and AT&T isn't able to move the date until then. I ordered online for in-store pick up by the way... worst experience ever with Mobile company / 3rdparty.

I’m having trouble with charging it, it says lightning has water in it and I know it doesn’t and I’m afraid it’s going to mess up my phone! Not happy about it, hadn’t had it a month

Got the phone on December 22nd on January 4th phone stopped working. It was bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter. First bad experience with Apple products.

This is the phone that finally made me realize how much of a scam iPhones really are. The 8 was, and is, absolute garbage.

I originally went to BestBuy to purchase the Iphone X 64 GB but when i thought about it and talked it over with one of the employees, I realized that I could get last year's phone, Iphone XR in 128GB for $1 more than the IPhone XR 64 GB. I've not even had it for a week but I love it. For my hand size(small) it's big for me, so that I generally need two hands to operate it, but I have a pop socket from my other phone so that helps hold it, and I got a case, screen protector, AppleCare+, and a wireless charger all on sale(except the insurance). I'm paying $24.99/month right now and I think that this is a great deal especially when I was thinking about the Iphone X originally. I love FaceID, and Ive gotten used to the gestures fairly quickly. I still want to swipe up from the bottom for the control center. Recommend trying this phone out in a store first. Hold it, play with it, and see how it fits your hand. My hands are small but I wanted a bigger screen with a bigger capacity but I wasn't willing to spend more money to get the smaller Iphone XS. So far so good.... On an odd note, when I turned it upside down, outside of it's case, I heard swishing around of liquid. not sure if that was the battery or what but it sounded weird.... Battery lasts all day and then some....took it off the charger at 5AM and didnt charge it again until midnight. used it to watch videos and listen to music mostly over wi-fi in low power mode.

I’ve had this phone for 5 years. It has performed flawlessly. Memory and processing speed have not never disappointed. I would definitely purchase again.

Had the phone about 2 weeks and already having to take to apple for repair. The phone completely shut down and will not power back up.

I made the switch from Android to iOS and the XR is a great phone for my transition. Going from the Galaxy S8+ to the XR would be a step backward in the eyes of some tech enthusiasts, but I just love my new phone in many ways. The dimension of the screen for the XR feels better whether reading from a horizontal or vertical perspective. And the drop in resolution is hardly noticeable. What I will say is that the colors seem much more dynamic, and images look more crisp and natural on this device. And I'll also say that iOS is ridiculously fast on this phone. I felt like I had moments of hang time on my Samsung, but that hasn't really happened with the XR. It's just an excellent phone overall.

I love this phone. Battery life is great and the face ID is very convenient. A bit on the heavy side so the weight takes some getting used to.

Love it, especially the battery life. Phone is easily lasting two days. Size is perfect and so is the screen given that it is $250 less than the "super screen phone" is. Very satisfied.

Purchased for my daughter. She no longer uses it due to upgrade.

I just purchased my iPhone XR (AT &T) from Best Buy last week. As a longtime Android user, I was at first reluctant to switch to the iPhone XR. But once I did, I can say that the phone is well worth the price. You basically get all of the features in the XS, XS Max and X from last year for less, which for me, is quite good. Face ID is fast and reliable (except if you are attempting to use in low light conditions), and the camera takes beautiful pictures. The A12 Bionic chip is no slouch either. RECOMMEND.
