Still on the spendy side, but did not disappoint with regard to functionality.

Love reading with this bigger screen, but it’s not as easy operating it with just one hand.

Love this but my only problem I have is that the sales associate did not let me know that the new one was coming out a few weeks later. Would have gotten that one instead for the same price I paid for this one

Love the phone Just hate how the back was easy to break but my overall experience with Best Buy for buying the phone was great. For now on I am buying all of my phones from Best Buy.

I like the screen size but it does glitch out sometimes with the screen flips..

I upgraded from a iPhone 7 to this phone and I didn’t really want to because I just paid the 7 off but my 7 was having issues, overall I am happy with this phone but I have only had it a week so time will tell.

My son upgraded his phone from 6s to XR. Like me he was hesitant about the facial ID, but now that he has it.... loves it! Loves the sound and picture quality as well! And all of the extra features! Great buy!!

Great phone!! Had one for years. Battery wouldn’t hold a charge over time so replaced with exactly the same one. Extremely happy with this phone and Bedt Buy!!!

I've only had for a week. So far it works as well as one would think an iPhone should work. I bought 128gb over 64gb because it was only $2 more per month on flex.

If you have a 7 or 8, then this is a good update. If you have an X, don't spend the money.

This is my 4th or 5th phone i have used this case on. Mush better than the ones that cover the screen. just add the Armor glass and you have a great combo.

I changed to Apple based on advice that it is easier to use. It is also a possibility that it can be used with my continuous glucose monitor in the future. Thank you for your time and patience with this old guy.

Same features and build quality as the Xs. Why pay more, for a nominal upgrades to the Xs or Xs max. If you're already in the apple ecosystem and are thinking of upgrading, the Xr is the best deal.

Every since I started buying the iPhone years ago since it first came out, I’ve been a fan! Haven’t let me down yet!

I enjoy the phone and have only had a few little glitches. The camera is amazing.
