I have been to the Apple Store twice since purchasing the phone. it has had a number of problems. Even the Genius Bar technician stated “GOD KNOWS HOW ALL THIS HAPPENS”. I’m now left with working with an Apple care person over the phone Since the problems are outside the scope of an Apple Genius Bar technicians abilities. In addition the phone number that I was assigned receives a large number of unknown calls most of the calls once you pick up the phone they will hang up on you. I thought I was purchasing a new product not a grade B refurbished product. I would not recommend this product to a friend at this time.

Poor quality glass on the iphone XR. All the years I have owned iphones (or any phone for that matter) I have never had a scratch, a ding or a nick anywhere on it. Within a week of owning my new XR it showed up with a deep scratch right across the round picture if you have messages up and are sending one. It was obviously too big to fit into any safe area in my car and it slid between the seat on the passenger side while I was driving. That had to be when the scratch happened, even though there was nothing I could see that would have scratched it. I never drop it and I am extremely careful at all times with my phone. I'm very disappointed and frustrated in the quality of the glass that they are manufacturing the iPhone XR with. I am stuck now for years with this scratched up phone in a place where it is hard to see through the scratch.

Not impressed at all camera takes great pics but doesn't do a lot of things my other phones have done and very pricey not much bang for the buck

the network was unbearably slow, OMG Sprint! my gosh i live in a college town and one would think the signal strength would be more then 1 or 2 bars. speeds? ridiculously slow @ 4-7 M/bps down and a mere .35 M/bps up! steer clear of Sprint, there were many times as well i received a banner notify that 'no network was detected', try again. As for the iPhone XR? i didn't fall in love with it, and that suggests to me its not worth the price tag. based on my network issues, iPhone XR was returned, and account with Sprint was cancelled.

this is my first time using an Apple iphone. I am having trouble using it and I don't like the functionality of the phone. I have been an android user for years but I was talked to buying the iphone. I should have stood my ground because I didn't want one to begin with. Now I have spent over $900 for a phone I HATE! I took it back to exchange it but I was "A few days" past the return date. Ugh! Now I am stuck with it.

I feel badly to rate the phone with 1 star. Was not able to get the phone activated when purchasing it through Best Buy. So the 1 Star rating is really for the Mobile Activation Department. Disappointing that my only option was to buy the phone directly through the carrier.

Received the phone, put sims card in, phone will not power on. Plugged it up to charge, doesn’t acknowledge it’s plugged in, left it plugged up overnight, still will not power on. Was I sold a phone with a completely drained battery? Any ideas ?

I have to repeat calls about 7-9 times in order to complete a short conversation of 3 minutes. My Android was much easier to use. I didn’t worry about dropping calls or getting through to others. Calls drop in the middle of trying to communicate. Contacted my carrier and they can’t fix problem.

We are not able to activate this Sprint phone. Hours and hours on line and still cannotnuse the phone after 4 days of wasted time with Sprint!

It's an iPhone. I HATE iPhones. However, I somewhat like my kids. So, because of that, I bought this for one of them under extreme duress. I would have preferred to get them a flip phone.

this is very difficult to scroll if you have arthritic hands. hopefully Best Buy will take it back and offer me another choice.

Happy with the colors but that’s all I can say same old iPhone different day
