For years I have had Android phones and no matter what brand I bought they eventually became problematic. I finally caved in and bought an Apple IPhone XR. I'm completely converted to the Apple product. It holds a charge, great graphics and camera, and now it's easier for family and friends to share pictures with me. Thrilled to be in the Apple family.

I got the 6-plus the day it came out and held off upgrading as it was a steady workhorse. But upgrading to the XR is like getting a racehorse when it comes to speed and ease of use. Sure, there are some new things to learn but overall, i couldn't be happier with this upgrade.

Great storage. Fast action. Not crazy about the lack of home button. Interferes with typing on the lower row. The extra 7/8” not worth it but not too bothersome.

Exactly as advertised, the screen looks great and it's noticeably faster than the iphone 6s I was using. My only complaint is the overall phone size, it's not as easy to hold onto. I recommend considering the Xs for its smaller size.

I had a iPhone 6splus and was charging it 4-5 times a day! This phone so far only needs 1x a day. The camera does a good job I think. I didn't need the 11 for that reason. Took a little bit to get used to but now, no problem. Just wish it didn't cost so much! I might have to consider a Samsung next time because of the price.

Perfect size, long use in between charges, smooth and super speedy operation opening and jumping around in apps etc. I have used other brands and in my opinion none can compare to Apple. For those new to Apple, there is nothing to be intimidated about; easy to learn. If you want good quality, a good product, I recommend Apple hands down.

I’ve only owned Android phones....until now. I finally decided to buy my first IPhone and have no regrets finally taking the plunge. And buying the XR was a great way to start. Easy use, superb camera, excellent resolution, and long battery life. The XR is an outstanding phone!

Kinda pricey, but worth it if upgrading from iPhone 6s or older. The battery is great! I normally don't have to recharge my phone at all throughout the day, and it hardly ever gets below 10% battery left after a whole day of use. The camera is great as well as the screen pictures.

Been wanting to go back to Apple and this phone is perfect.

I upgraded to this from an iPhone 6 which I got after the 7 came out. I tend to not get too lavish with my phone purchases while trying to stay up-to-date. When I moved to the 6 from an android I didn't have a significantly mind-blowing experience. The streamlined home screen was nice but at the time didn't offer the same customization. That has since changed. The XR has been brilliant, though. I love the camera. I'm a photographer at my 9-5 and after examining the differences between the XS and XR I came to the conclusion that the two lens setup was far from a necessity. Additionally, the aluminum body doesn't make me feel as if I'd missed out on the heavier body of the S. The real winner for me is the audio. The dual speaker audio makes watching videos feel immersive even on a phone screen. It's louder and manages bass better than any previous phone I've had. I recommend this before any of the more expensive iPhone models.

It took a bit to get used to some of the new functions, such as when I needed to restart my phone, no one told me how to turn it off lol. Because it’s different then the 6S I had. Also closing down apps because the home button was gone lol. Down side for me was not being able to charge and use headphones at same time cuz it’s the same plug now.And I can’t use on my older car stereo because it doesn’t have the aux port anymore. Wins are larger screen, better speaker and battery life.

I had an iPhone 6 Plus. When it was too slow and clunky, I went ahead and bought the XR. Great upgrade. Smaller physically and better in every way. Face ID works well 99% of the time. Battery life is pretty good as well. I would actually prefer this over the XS or the XS Max.

Phone was an upgrade for my teen. Upgraded from the 6S. Only thing she does not like that the battery percetnage does not show at the top of the screen like it does with older phones. She loves the bigger screen compared to the 6s. I wish you could plug headphones in without the adapter but we cant have everthing we want. Screen is clear and the color is great. Takes better pics than older iphone models.

I upgraded to the 128gb XR from an iPhone 6 and it's very nice. The screen looks fine and Face ID works well. It only took me a day to get used to the size of the phone and the lack of a home button. Battery lasts me all day with heavy internet usage. I still miss the headphone jack, but that's an easily fixable problem. Overall, good purchase.

I'm going to spend less time on the iPhone which is my wife's and she loves it AFTER getting used to it. If you are like her and been putting off phone buying since 6 or so, this phone will cure what ails you. Plenty of storage, great screen, great camera, no overkill $1000 features for a decent price. What is truly 5 stars is the BB in store phone team. I like Verizon a lot but, I hate their physical store. BB has an ace with the team at our local store. They are knowledgeable, can do data transfers, set things up, answer questions and get you going. Because we have total tech (which I was never sure was completely worth it until now) my wife came back in when she had time and learned a bunch of things about her phone. Just a great experience. Fast, no pressure, right package, easy addendum to my Verizon contract and we were out of there! Try that at a phone store. I dare you!!

I’ve just had it for a week. So far I like the size and I really like the facial recognition. Having some problems with some apps that worked on previous phone but not with ios13. Am told thats not unusual when a major system upgrade happens and that apps will catch up. Am learning more each day. So far so good.

Battery life is excellent - I can go 2 days without charging my XR (my older Iphone was barely making it 1 day). New swiping options are very intuitive. Face ID is incredible...was a little creeped out about it at first! Fun color (coral). Got an excellent trade-in on my 6S Plus from Best Buy. Definitely a good purchase overall.
