I do a lot of manual labor occasionally wearing down fingerprints or wearing bandaids on fingers needed to open my previous iPhones. So the face recognition feature is perfect! My other favorite feature is the retina screen. I can even see the screen in bright sunlight wearing polarized sunglasses! As always, I love the my iPhone XS!

Amazing camera great battery life, faster as anything out there

Precious to this phone I had the iPhone 6s. I like that this new phone has a larger screen (without being the max) and while you don’t have the button at the bottom of the earphone port your face recognition & Bluetooth solves those previous issues. I think the speakers on this phone are better than the 6s too. Good phone overall.

Quick response, great photo features, excellent battery

I would agree with most that the price on the iPhone is increasing beyond the relative technological improvements. However, like most Apple products, you know that you're getting quality for your money. This iPhone XS is no exception. Great build quality, beautiful device, reliable software, blazing fast. That's Apple.

I upgraded to the Xs from the 6s and I can’t believe how far these phones have come. Load times for apps is almost instantaneous and the battery lasts all day with heavy usage! Definitely a must if it’s been a few years since your last phone. Also like the water resistance when I have the phone in the holder on my motorcycle.

I do like having battery life again. This was a big change not having the home button. I'm still adjusting two months later. The camera alone was worth the upgrade. I've only missed the headphone jack once. I need to get some Bluetooth ones for work. Also, wireless charging is the best thing since sliced bread.

My smart phone was 6 years old, so it was time for an upgrade. I wanted a slightly larger one that would still fit in my pocket. I especially like the facial recognition feature. Love Apple! The clerk at Best Buy had all the answers and found a discount, so we bought two.

Once again, okay phone. Great screen and camera. Awesome amount of space. However, it is very expensive. Also, where’s the regular earphones plugin??!??

I upgraded to this iPhone from a 6S, and wow what a difference. Battery life has been the best with this phone. Obviously with iPhone much of the functionality is the same. A bit pricey but worth it if you don’t want to change your phone every year. Battery life, and camera. Gotta love it!!

Im coming from the Iphone 5 and this phone at first was to big. Now the Iphone 5 is to small. The not having a home button was easy to get use too and I enjoy it more just swiping up on the phone. The phone is fast, Face detection is almost instant. Camera is great. I would like to see a longer Distance the Face ID can detect and True wireless charging over the Air. If your an Iphone User I say go play with one in store. Down Side of these new phones are the Price. Coming from the 5 which i paid $200 for with contract is far gone now.

I've been an iPhone user since the 3G. This was the first time I've upgraded to an "S" release. While there was no major new feature functionality, I have been happy overall with the camera improvements and the bump in battery performance.

I am very pleased with my new phone. Not only does it take great photos, it has a number of features that are truly helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone considering a new phone. It's not huge, but the screen is side to side, was easy to get accustomed to swiping, and makes me happy!

As always, Apple continues to outdo themselves. This is an amazing device that does everything I need it to do and them some! The 512GB of storage is so great to have and the cameras are soooo excellent! You have to see what this phone can do in person and then I know you'll wanna buy it too! :)

I upgraded a few weeks ago from an iPhone SE. I can't believe how different the experience has been so far. Going back and holding my old SE I feel like I'm using a piece of technology that's 10 years old, not 3. Love Face ID, no home button, wireless charging, and the camera. Great experience.

Upgraded the wife to the XS and she loves it! The screen is beautiful and Face ID has been great. Love the full screen, and not missing the home button at all, took less than 30 minutes to get use to. Apple does it again!

I replaced my iphone 6s which had many problems with the new Xs. Aside from getting used to the bigger size, the adjustment to not having a home button was a non issue. Great phone.

If you want a new(er) iPhone model and you don’t want to break the bank, this one is perfect. I know some people who have the iPhone 11, and while it is cool, the iPhone XS is just as nice in my opinion for a better value. Sure, you don’t get the three camera lenses like the 11 but that isn’t so important to me as a DSLR camera owner. I really love the retina image display quality on the XS. I also like the fact that it isn’t as bulky as the 11. Since I also own an iPad, the need for a huge phone for me is nonexistent. Overall, I feel like the XS is a great choice for people who want quality and all the latest and greatest phone tech for a better price than the 11. If you’re not wanting a higher monthly payment and don’t care about the biggest screen size, then get the XS. It’s just as good as the 11 for me personally, for a better deal.
