I held on to my iPhone 6s as long as I could but the battery life was beginning to fade quickly so I finally decided to upgrade to the Xs. This phone is so fun and easy to use! I thought not having a home button would make it harder to control but everything is very smooth and easily accessible. The facial recognition is great and very smart, the camera is clear and takes great pictures, and the speaker has nice volume and great quality sound. The phone is also more durable than any other phone I’ve had and I finally feel comfortable using a light case with no screen protector instead of an otter box. I also love how long the battery lasts! I can use my phone all day long and still have about 30-40% at the end of the day.

Although I shoot with a DSRL camera, many iPhone XS shots are comparable, especially on an overcast day, landscapes. But it’s the speed between apps and processing that amazes me about Apple. And ease of use helps me get through complicated transactions.

Made the switch from a 7 plus and I'm not disappointed. Its much easier to use/hold and with the added screen from the lack of a home button you wont miss it. Face ID is great. I was on the fence but I'll never look back.

I updated to this phone recently. It is has many advantages over my previous IPhone: faster internet, much better photos, slightly larger screen, easier to use. I love it!

Traded a iPhone 6 Plus for iPhone X’s. Slimmer but about same screen surface,easier to hold. Camera great!

This phone is a step up from the phone I have been using (Pixel) in regards to speed and ease of use. It interacts with and connects to other devices smoothly and intuitively. I am using the Microsoft business suite of programs on it without any significant negative issues. I am happy to be back with Apple for my cell phone hardware. It’s just better.

Love this iPhone. So far very easy to use and the picture qualities are great. Most especially like the portrait feature when taking photos, the quality is insane. . Thought I would miss the home button, but so far no problems.

Big screen, no edges or boarder around the iPhone, and no button to push , just wipe everything away , really different!! I got a XS iPhone and love it !! Went to it from SE iPhone!! Change is good !! Get u one !!

I bought this for my husband to replace his IPhone 6 Plus. It is a perfect size for a mans hands and the controls are very easy for him to use. Great features!

My husband has always used the phone his company provided for him and it’s happened to be Android. But, for Father’s Day, I bought him this Apple - iPhone XS 64GB - Space Gray and he’s getting used to it slowly but surely. He is not super technologically geared, so, whenever he was having an issue with his Android, it would take me a minute to figure out since I’m not as familiar with Android. Now, with his new iPhone, I can actually help him troubleshoot more quickly since I use the same model phone. I recently purchased this same model for myself and was upgrading from an Apple iPhone 6 Plus. I have had to learn several news ways to do things. Like, how to shut down; how to take a screen shot; and how to close out of apps. I’m thankful that Apple is so intuitive!

This phone is really nice and easy to use. Got my daughter one also. Had to get use to the home button not being there but no problem. Perfect size phone.
