Overpriced but isn’t everything anymore? I guess in the world of tech miniaturization is always pricey so smartphone costs rising shouldn’t be a big surprise especially since it is replacing the computer for so many people. Works great, great size, bigger yet not ridiculously so, sturdy....lots of storage, fast... great upgrade from the 7.

This I phone xs is the best update I have made, it is very fast, it is very easy to see, it is very user friendly, it has a great camera and takes really good pictures.The phone is a little bit on the heavy side but it will still carry comfortable inside my jeans or pockets .It is very pricey too

After much reviewing and researching, I decided to upgrade to the iPhone XS. The upgraded camera was a big factor. I prefer a smaller phone, so chose the XS vs. the Max. So far, this has been a great experience. Staff at my nearest Best Buy went above and beyond to set up and transfer all of my data and apps - I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. Well, unless it had been cheaper! It's quite an investment these days.

Apple phones are reviewed everywhere. I upgraded from 6+. Likes - face recognition is amazingly effective, fast processor, nice display. Biggest problem - expensive.

I've had this for less than a week but love it so far. Of course I was using an iPhone 6 before, so this is obviously a big improvement - especially with screen clarity and taking pictures. I bought it on sale, but still think that it's overpriced for what I would have paid for a Samsung Galaxy. Unfortunately the sale-priced Galaxy that I wanted was sold out.

I love the facial recognition feature. It even opens when I have my reading glasses on. It is a bit pricey.

So far, this phone has lived up to the hype. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price. The Face ID alone was worth the upgrade. Now I just need to stop worrying about dropping it.

Love everything about this phone. Worlds better than the iPhone 6

Great phone. love the lesser bezels, new camera. The only reason for 4 stars is wish it was a little bit cheaper and came in different colors like the XR.

Another great IPhone, but not great enough to justify the hefty price tag. Not much of a difference from the 7 or 8. I would have gladly taken one of those if they were available. Needed to replace a malfunctioning phone, After going through 3 Verizon refurbs, and having trouble with all of those, threw in the towel and bought a new one. Wish the older ones lasted longer. Lucky to get a full 2 years out of them.

I really like my Apple iPhone XS 512 GB as I need all the memory and the camera is so much nicer than the older versions. Glad I made the upgrade to this phone. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I love this phone my 3rd I phone and for sure the nicest one apple stepped up there game on this one a little pricey but you get what u pay for

the new features and camera of this new model are great...but it is expensive...used the $100 off during Christmas

works as well as every review states. Camera seems to overly process each photo taken, My iPhone 7 photos were had a much more natural look to them. Its a shame that Apple charges more and more for every new phone release.

Expensive phone but seems to work fine. I had a 6s before and don’t see a whole lot of difference.

As always Apple has made a fantastic device. A bit expensive, but no choice heh

Everything we have come to expect from an iPhone. Price is ridiculously high

1 year from release - I hv a dead phone that is out of warranty and cant be recovered after apple update. Never going back to apple any more. Spending $1000+ with such a experience is bad. Apple wont fix it if you don't hv their expensive protection plan. I would rather use a cheaper android now on.

From iPhone 4, 5, 6plus then Xs, the price is getting up and up. Bought Xs like year ago, so far so good. Hopefully I can use this phone at least 2 more years.

This phone deserves a five star rating for its functionality. I gave four stars because the price is very high in comparison to phones that compare.
